Such a rude delivery person! A few months ago we ordered from them and when it was delivered, he made a rude comment about how we hadn’t tipped him enough. I haven’t ordered from there in a long time because I was so put off by it. I accidentally ordered from them again tonight, rather than the place I have moved on to, and when my mother-in-law answered the door, she was given the same nasty response. That he had complained to “the owners” before that we were bad tippers. I understand that times are tough, and gas might be higher than it was a few years ago, but if your delivery fee doesn’t cover your gas, then that’s a conversation you need to have with the owners. It’s not the responsibility of the customer to pay your wages with tips. If 10% is not enough, then take the 10% tipping option off or change the delivery area to be a smaller range if you can’t afford the gas. 15% tip is standard in a restaurant where you’re receiving personalized attention throughout your meal. 10% is a reasonable amount for delivering the food. Not everybody can afford to leave huge tips. I definitely won’t ever be ordering from this restaurant again.

This food was/is amazing. The portions are great and the taste was excellent. Hands down the best Chinese food in the area. The owner said one last thing before I walked away with my food. We had spoken about how I had never eaten here before and she replied ” I hope you come back”. I with complete confidence say “you bet I will”. Thank you so much

A neighbor recommended this place two years ago. We had their food late 2020 and it was okay and the price was reasonable.

We just tried this place for the first time. And you know what? It was awesome! We got a large soup, 2 appetizers, 2 large entrees and our tab was under $50!

Always good food at a decent price. The egg rolls are delicious!! Not a lot of places have good egg rolls, they usually only have spring rolls! Pork fried rice was tasty. Chicken Lo Mein was good too!! We will be back! 🙂

Great customer service but my food was so salty I tossed. I ordered the Lo Mein. Apparently you have to specify less salt when ordering. I’ve never had to do that anywhere else.

Been ordering from China Gourmet since the day we moved here, 11 years ago. They are rated as my top places to order from, for my family of picky eaters. Outstanding food, wonderful & friendly people. One person in particular recognizes my voice when I call – she has memorized my phone # and address, and always asks how my kids are; I LOVE that type of Customer Service.

Lived here 50 years. When this was Aloha we went. Amazing quality. Everything was fresh. $9.99 for lunch till 3pm, soup, egg roll, fried rice and entrée. Moo goo and Beef Hunan- best tender meat not dark chicken meat, beef tender and not gristle like most take outs! My husband and I dined in. Very quiet and interior is old and dated but we liked that feeling due to the fact we have lived here for years and its a comfy grandma feel. Food was delicious hot and fresh. The crunchy soup toppers whatever they are called, LOL were fresh! Not bought from a company and unloaded from a truck! Thai tea yum! Next time we are going and getting the flaming volcano drink! A def 80s win win. I would suggest turning on dinning room lights in the back. Kinda felt a little too dark. We are taking the kids this friday!
