Well over a century ago, the Kopper Kettle began as an overnight stage coach stop on the National Pike. Maintaining its role as a familiar watering hole, the Kettle continues to be a haven for locals & travelers alike. In 1984, it was re-established as Ye Olde Kopper Kettle. Over the past 30 years, the Kettle has continued to evolve, but remains one of Washington, PA’s best kept secrets.

Do not get the salmon here. The steak was reported to me as great and the wings were reported to me as phenomenal. I and my friend got the salmon, we hated it. Gross. Will not get again. It was so fishy!

My grandparents owned the Kopper Kettle over 45 years ago. I can say with 1st hand knowledge that everything has improved for the better. The atmosphere is comfortable: the food was liked by everyone in my party: the service was outstanding. Thanks to the current owner for keeping this historic venue going.

We got our food to go. Unfortunately they use plastic containers, aside from the environmental issues these containers also streamed our fries and onion rings. That said the Ruben and hot Italian sausage sandwiches were really good.

What an incredible experience we had at Kopper Kettle! Our waitress, Bella, was absolutely amazing, so welcoming and kind! Her recommendations were on point! You cannot leave without having Chris’ Pasta (and that garlic bread is to DIE for!!! You won’t regret the upgrade. Honestly one of the best I have had in my life). The pasta Mafalda is so tasty! We were so pleased with everything we ordered, even the wings and the hot cheese balls! Thank you for a great time! We will definitely be coming back next time we’re in town!

Bella was the best waitress, fast, friendly, vibracious. Wings are to die for. Reuben delicious and made 2 meals for me, cheeseburger had a nice open grill char that you don’t get many places. Onion rings were perfect. Can’t wait to go back. This was our first time there.

I gave it a 5 taking into consideration that it’s a casual place. I would consider it to be more of a Bar atmosphere. We had sandwiches and they were great. If you’re looking for a fancy dinner, this is not the place. The service, however, was wonderful. The place was extremely busy on a Friday night. We had a bit of a wait, but once we were seated, we were greeted quickly and we did not wait long for our food at all. We will return.
