So it looks like they removed my last review so here it is again and I can assure you it is not fake If I’m totally honest I can’t down their Pizza it’s actually pretty good saying that their prices have increased 100% within just a little over a year which is crazy for just two basic two topping pizzas over $30 they must be trying to pay for that fleet of electric vehicles they’ve bought I told him last time I come in this will probably be the last time you’ll see me cuz Little Caesars is $15 cheaper for two large two topping pizzas

The Dominoes in St. Johns is a customer service oriented business. On our order today we wanted a Cesar salad, but the only option online was a garden salad. So we ordered it along with the Cesar dressing. I received a call 2 minutes later after placing an order on line, and Joe asked me if I was wanting a Cesar salad, since I ordered Cesar dressing with my Garden Salad. I said yes, but the option online was not available. Joe stated that the inventory was just received for Cesar salad but had not updated on line. So he upgraded our salad, I appreciate that he took the time to call and ask. We’ve had Joe as our delivery driver several times. He’s always friendly and always is polite and thanks us for the order.

App was difficult to make work, but pizzas and service both get 5 stars! (For a chain pizza!) UPDATE: 2/15/22 ~ Another issue ordering, this time when I called in, once I got done, the call center hung up on me… As figured, when I got to the store, as I assumed there was no order waiting. The young man working the counter did his very best to make me happy, and actually did! Well mannered, and professional staff at the store… Even if the computer call center doesn’t have such good help!

We get domino’s a lot. At least once a week. What makes this domino’s better than the rest is that they have Joseph. Joseph is by far the best person at this place. He is always kind and amazing. He tells us thank you for the tip and how much he appreciates us. Well Joseph, we appreciate YOU! Every time we see you pull up we tell each other that our favorite person has delivered to us tonight. We enjoy chatting with you for the couple minutes that we get to see you. If we were in charge of giving you a raise you would definitely get it. Every time. With times being hard and gas prices on the rise, he deserves not only a pat on the back and a reward. He deserves a raise. He deserves it all. Please compensate this man for all that he does. We love you Joseph and we can’t wait to see you the next time we order.
