Food used to be okay but nowadays most of the times it is stale/rotten. It’s just tossed or reheated with some spices or sauces to make it look better. You can smell the rottenness when eating. Wife got sick after eating biryani here.

It used to be one of my favorite restaurants before. Now their service has become very bad especially young lady in the counter with reckless behavior. I ordered food over the phone, they took my order and I reach there after 20 mins, she asked me to wait for another 30 mins due to the crowd in the restaurant. It was already 50 mins and if I ask for order status, she replied rudely WAIT !! She took my card and charged money and after 60 mins wait .. she said one of the item in the order is not available. She should have told me when I place order over the phone whether it’s available or not in the kitchen. Zero respect towards the customers wait.

Front desk folks has a very bad attitude. Order placed thru online website. Order accepted and charged my cc. After few minutes they called to inform the item that’s ordered not available. I asked them to cancel the order and refund but they insisted multiple times that I have to take another item but order cannot be cancelled. I have not accepted this rude behavior, they marked the order was picked up such a liars

We had a very bad customer experience from Peacock today. We were a group of 28 and initially waiter didnt allow to keep the tables together which are in the same row (??). Then he told that he can’t serve the orders to the same table as we are the same group – why??? Server was bringing food to wrong table all the time and then we help them figure out the table. Attitude of the waiter was like he was serving free food to us. We clearly told his superior that their service was bad. Finally the waiter asked our native place and said that its not a surpise – racism at its peak from an Indian restaurant in bay area 🙁
