Everytime we go in there it is always nice and clean and we always have great service. There is one person in peticular (I think may be the manager) who is always so nice and welcoming and puts up with our copious amounts of requests without so much as batting an eyelash. It’s always nice to be able to have a short and sweet convo with the people instead of standing their in silence. I feel like I get a personalized experience and it puts me in a better mood.

Requiring me to download an app to redeem my accumulated credit on my phone number will cause me to never buy another sandwich from them. An app wasn’t required to gain the credit. It’s one of the reasons I went there so often. Never again.
