This location has been better in the past few months then they have been previously. The employees are generally nice and some are really helpful with selection and saving on menu items with alternatives. They regularly get my order correct but I often times end up waiting longer as I’m asked frequently to pull to the front.

Went in the drive thur, i ordered a chicken sandwich, a milkshake and some jalapeños poppers. Amazing from the Milk Shake.down to the Poppers! The drive thur worker was Really Cute to! made the Meal 10 times better lol

Laziest staff. 75% of the time they “close” the drive through at night. When you ask what time will you reopen you get a response of “whenever we want to.” Close the restaurant and adjust your hours to not be 24 hours. That way you don’t have to pay employees to stand around and reject customer orders.

We went last week for dinner as my son request it. My kids and niece ate from here and they all got food poisoning. The Manager Diana was rude when I called to tell them about the situation, they refused a refund of almost $40! My 5&4year old were sick for 2 days. We Will not go here again or support this franchise again.

Been here 3 times at around midnight and the drive thru is closed 5 days out of the week. So frustrating when it says it’s open on the side of the restaurant as well as online. If the restaurant is closed make that clear. There is also no need to have a worker there if the place is closed.

This Carl’s Jr. is good overall. I get my zucchini extra crispy and they do good on that. The burgers of course are assembly line but they also do pretty well on them. I would like a little more sauce on the burgers like they had a couple years back, but overall good.
