They have really soft awesome breadsticks and their thin crust pepperoni pizza is consistently good. I have ordered extra cheese for stix before and not received it but have called and gotten credit or refund. Sometimes it can be a little slow if you order carryout. We order from them at least once every 2 weeks or so. Not a place I would dine in but seems understandable for a fast food pizza place.

Did a delivery order and upon receiving it was the incorrect size. I’m not sorry to complain but it shouldn’t be that hard to follow. The manager when I called stated that it was correct and that they made it themselves. I don’t understand why insisting I was incorrect only for me to bring the pizza to the restaurant and show the staff it was incorrect. The staff remade and refunded the order however this is not the first time an order has been this incorrect. Luckily this will be my last as previous and this current time has ruined my experience for this location and chain.

Small pizza shop, but pizzas are great. We had to get veggie pizza due to it being Friday during lent. It was really good. I can only imagine how good a full topping pizza would taste. Breadsticks were good, and they used a homemade marinara sauce for them. Guys making and serving were super nice. Not a lot of seating, but I think most of their stuff is delivered. Definitely would go again.

One of the worst experiences ordering pizza out of town. Pizza not even edible We asked for extra sauce and it was poured on top of the pizza. Not to mention that it wasn’t even cut. Wouldn’t have been a problem had we been somewhere that had a pizza cutter!

We’ve ordered from this Donatos for the past 3 years it was always great but they’ve screwed up our pizza the last 2 times in a row. YOU DO NOT WANT TO HAVE TO GET BACK INTO THIS TRAFFIC BECAUSE SOMEONE DOESNT READ INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO MAKE YOUR PIZZA!!! And there wasn’t even special requests just a normal pizza!

This is like my 3rd time ordering from this location. Every time I stop in the staff is extremely rude and act like they don’t want to help. Tonight I took this photo of my pizza that was left at the wrong apartment and in the cold rain with no notification that it had arrived. Only to open the box and see that my pizza looked like it had been doing cart wheels around the box. Tried to call the staff they answered and then put me on hold only for me to eventually hang up. I’ve had Donatos at other locations but this location in noblesville is down right horrible. Do not order a pizza or anything from the Donatos on Conner Street

Extremely disappointed. We ordered for delivery and when it arrived it was delivered to the wrong apartment. Even though I left very clear instructions for where to leave it, because it was raining and cold out. When I opened the box, the presentation was as if someone had thrown our pizza on the ground. When I tried to call they answered and there was talking in the background and then I was placed on hold for a long time. Not a good experience.

Well-managed location with the amount of volume this store gets. I’ve personally witnessed the store go above and beyond to correct an order for someone who asked for no cheese, but Parmesan was still sprinkled on. They acknowledged the issue, apologized, and corrected the order. That’s how you do it.

Pizza not made how i ordered and the store manager just wanted to argue with me and wouldn’t fix it. I asked for the regional managers # and he said he didn’t know it. Stay away too expensive to not even get what you want.
