Two female employees, so rude. They ignored me waiting at the register for over 10 minutes. Nobody was there. They were just talking and going in and out of the back room. They never said hello, or could you please hold, just nothing, like I was invisible. All I wanted was coffee not even anything special. And on top of it all it was cold out of the air pot, and clearly very old coffee. STOP WORKING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE IF YOU HATE PEOPLE!!!!

The barista was quick to make the drinks but then let me know they had no straws, they were in the back and asked me if I had 2 minutes, she’d have someone grab them. After 10 minutes and 6 customers later, she finally left to go get the straws. I was under the assumption she had a teammate getting the straws. It would have been helpful if they were properly stocked, but more so if they served customers but the order they come. We left without getting straws for the frappes.

The WORST customer service I’ve had in a long time. The 2 girls working ignored every customer. Took over 6 minutes to make my drink. Made it wrong. One girl ever was mocking my order as she made it. I will NEVER be going back to this location. I don’t know if it’s poor management or just poor hiring, but these 2 need to be fired if target wants this Starbucks location to have any customers.

I used to work on a place when I lady asked me for the same black coffee, same mount of sugar everyday and never has a problem serving her but this Starbucks every time when I ordered something they always made comments about “why you don’t order something else? “Why you order the same thing everyday?” Why they so worry about what I want?
