Fantastic! Beautiful little room, great atmosphere and excellent service from our bartender Zack. We had the pork buns and the sunomono salad, both were excellent. The cocktail, wine, and spirt selections were wonderfully curated. Nobuo – the Chef – talked with us about his food and his life as a chef. It was such an awesome experience!

Hai Noon is a new Japanese restaurant in Scottsdale, AZ, from James Beard Award-winning chef Nobuo Fukuda. The menu features a variety of small plates and entrees, all made with fresh, seasonal ingredients.

Nobuo is still on top of his game. If you missed him at Teeter House or remember him from Teeter House, he’s still the same amazing chef. Great service, fantastic cocktails surpassed only by the food. Hoping omakase is coming soon .

Hai Noon was a fantastic experience and the restaurant has a great ambiance. The staff was very friendly and the chef came out and explained each dish. I had the Porkbelly Bun, Eggplant, and Softshell Crab & Rice Noodle. The eggplant blew me away, I didn’t know eggplant with miso could be so delicious. The he Softshell Crab was my favorite and I could have eaten maybe 30 of these. The porkbelly was also fantastic and there is so much more on the menu that I’d like to try!!

WOW – really good Japanese food. I went for brunch and had okonomiyaki and curry & biscuits. They were both amazingly authentic and tailored for the American taste. The cinnamon roll was also great.

Hai Noon is worthy of 5-star review despite the fact that it is deceptively located inside a 3-star hotel. All of the dishes we tried were small portions (think tapas style), so we ate our way through most of the menu. The raw fish dishes were our favorite, especially the amberjack. Very fresh with great flavor and textural components. If raw isn’t your thing, we also really enjoyed the softshell crab and rice noodle dish and porkbelly bun. The specialty cocktails were fun and tasty. Well balanced with just the right amount of sweetness. We’ll be back to try brunch!

10/10 experience, must try! We ordered the soft shell crab & rice noodles, tuna, salmon & yellowtail sashimi. For drinks we had the “Calpico,” “Typhoon,” and “Hai Ball.” Everything was exquisite, my personal favorite was the yellowtail. I was blown away by the range of flavor in just one bite!
