This location is absolutely filthy. All the tables were dirty above and below. Inside the kitchen is even worst. I know they are all young but someone needs to be on top of it. And they totally missed the sandwich completely with the sauce. The food did come out quick and hot. Just trying to get the image of the kitchen out of my head before i get the guts to eat.

This place has a lot of things wrong with it. As a customer, it’s very dirty. It always looks understaffed and busy. We stand in the lines for a very long time. The other day I went in there were like 10 people working, my order still had not been taken for about 20 minutes. I had multiple people snide and laugh about my order. Had multiple people go to the back and make jokes right in front of other customers and I. I thought as a company you treated people like family in this restaurant. I felt belittled and made fun of. I will not be coming to this restaurant.

Clearly they were understaffed today because the drive-through line was long and took quite some time, plus the lobby was closed with a sign saying they wouldn’t open the lobby until 3 PM. The cheesy potatoes were hot and good, but they hardly put any cheese sauce on them. That was really the main problem with all the food. Tacos were under filled, quantities were less than slim.

I used to go here a lot, and normally it is good. But the service has gone downhill and the chicken (KFC) I received was horrible. Will not be returning for awhile if I ever go back. Not to mention for some reason they had the dining room closed and the sign was hung on the door written very small and barely noticeable even when you walked up to the door.

Everything’s good, staff is always super nice and food is good. The only issue I have is the weird announcement they play when you pull up. It can be heard a block away and sounds particularly creepy. I always roll my window up when it goes off because it scares the kids. Other than that very good place to eat for fast food

We ordered the 5 dollar 5 piece chicken only special x2. Tried to do the online special.however since they are a Taco Bell and KFC store it was not offered. Staff was great and helpful.
