Service was fast! The gentleman making the subs put on gloves after making every order. Even if he touch a kitchen item this man did good job by putting new gloves when handling food. I will absolutely return and share with friends about this location!! The cashier was very friendly and patient. Thank you

Been a while to go out and eat at the restaurant since the Covid. Today we stopped by Jimmy John sandwich place for lunch. It was also for a good cause with 20% of the bill will go to our Church which was desperately needed. It was win win for both . I ordered the 16 inches #13 ( New Cuban Sandwich with cheese and ham, beacon and lettuce) and 8 inches roast beef sandwich . The sandwiches were good. The breads were soft and delicious. The prices were decent and affordable. Services were outstanding and super friendly. Since our first time at this place the workers went all out to help , and made sure we would enjoy the foods. Store was bright and super clean. And of course we have our masks on and social distance when we were inside store ordering. Would be coming from back for sure at JJ.

Did covid cause people to be rude? I normally order online and when I got there, my order was missing a sandwich and there was one worker doing everything, I didn’t get her name and she was rude and giving a bad attitude to the customers. She didn’t write the number on my sandwich and ask me to check which sandwich am I missing? Seriously, you messed up on my order. Everyone has bad days but doesn’t give you the right to take it out on customers. I’m a regular customer and I’m Never going back. Sticking to Jersey Mikes. So disappointed with this location….. Ordered the Beach Club because it supposedly had avocado in it….. I guess technically there was a few crumbs…. It looks like they just wiped the knife off on my cheese…. There is No avocado spread or otherwise in any of the 3 sandwiches I ordered. I honestly thought they just forgot to add the avocado so I called Jimmy John’s Norwalk and they basically said there’s nothing they can do about it and I could maybe come get a bag of chips. Worst customer service, worst sandwiches. Will never eat their again. So disappointed in how they treat customers.

I work graveyard and have figured out that after 9PM you can only really get burgers or tacos. I need places like this to get a decent more healthy meal. So when I pass by as early as 8:40 and they lock the doors and say they’re closed it’ll get you a one star review. Why say your open until 9 online then on site you state that your employees leave at 9. This has happened multiple times. Not just a one time occurrence.

You lost a very loyal customer. I am deeply disappointed in this establishment. I ordered a pick-up from DoorDash. After about 20 minutes I was notified by the app that my food was ready. I walked across the parking lot to pick-up my food. The staff hadn’t even started making my food. I asked the cashier what was the status of my order. She read my ticket and said they were making it now. As I moved to the pick-up area I noticed one of the crew members was wearing flip flops which is extremely unsanitary. Regardless I waited another 20 minutes for my food before getting upset. I was then notified that they did not have the ingredients to complete my order. (I only ordered 1 turkey sandwich…) I asked them why would they accept my online order if they did not have the ingredients to complete it. When you order for DoorDash the establishment has to accept it. Regardless they completely wasted my time but it gets WORSE! I told them because it was DoorDash they have to void it or I would be charged for cancelling/voiding if I did it on my end. They had a complete attitude and told me it would get handled later. I am a active duty service member in uniform. I work entirely too hard to have a problem with a sandwich shop. My first job was actually Jimmy Johns. So I know what they can and can’t do first hand. It’s not even about the money. It’s about the lack of customer service, hospitality, and most important the TIME I WILL NEVER GET BACK. Not only will I not be eating there but no one else in my office will be ordering from this location. Your business could have not accepted the ordered. Or when I arrived the cashier who read my ticket could had notified me that they did not have ingredients to complete the order. Instead all of my time was wasted including the time I had to find somewhere else for food. Never again Jimmy Johns Norwalk.

Idk who hires people for this location but they’re extra incompetent & the workers here as well. They can’t even make a basic wrap. The mf wrap was basically all tortilla only ! And the sandwich is always extra dry here or incorrect or lacking meat all the time !
