New definition of insanity: returning to this McDonalds for breakfast and expecting different results. This is truly the perfect business model for “survival of the unfittest”. An absolute joke and an embarrassment to the community. The continual blame on being short staffed simply doesn’t cut it when every other fast food restaurant in Ooltewah is and has been staffed well and running well consistently. On the other hand, this McDonald’s is the polar opposite. It’s anybody’s guess as to what time they open in the morning (please note the picture below). I can assure you that they never open at 5:30am, as stated on Google. That is a complete falsehood

Convenience isn’t always a good thing. Most of the time you can not even tell if they are open because they are afraid to turn outside lights in. They are supposed to be open at 5am on this particular day but i role in at 6:15am and order food and an hour after they advertise to be open I can not even get the food I want because they have not gotten them ready yet. Lost sales is very bad for any company. I get up to the window to pay and get what food I could and it takes several minutes for the person to even acknowledge I am there because she is to busy talking. She never even looked at me said hello or even kiss my a$$. They make making my own breakfast looking a lot better lately. Very poor customer service the last several times I have taken the chance go there. Like I said convenience is not always a good thing.

Ordering was quick and easy. The lines are always short, no more than 3 cars. The fries were hot and I didn’t have to ASK for a drink carrier when my order had 3 drinks. The window employee was very kind and appeared to be having an excellent day and their youthful happiness made me smile! Great representative 🙂

Was in drive through line for 45 min. And after receiving order, was short 3 items on order over 25$. Will not be stopping here again. I’d advise Noone to stop here unless you absolutely have to, and then there is a gas station and grocerie store nearby, go there first. Worst service EVER 0 STARS!!!!!!

Horrible as soon as i pulled up to the drive in window i could hear a cook screaming curse words and couldn’t tell if it was my order or someone else’s with th3 manager laughing then i had to grab my bag out of her hand because she wouldn’t hand it to me she was too busy laughing i wouldn’t recommend going there after 5pm (day shift is really nice and professional ) but this is the second time this has happened the first time about 6 months ago i wont ever be going back to this McDonald’s.
