Ordered a pizza online. The site stated 30 to 40 min wait. Got an email recipe for the order, and it is starting a 2 hour wait. I waited an hour and called because it was past the 30 to 40 min wait (per the site). They said it would be another 20 min even before it gets to a driver. I told them to cancel the order, and then 15 min after I told them to cancel the order, the driver showed up to deliver. I told them the order was to be canceled and to send it back. I feel bad for the driver. This is not the first time something like this has happened to me at this location. I thought I would give them another try, but I guess they aren’t getting my business anymore.

We were given an original time that my order would be delivered between 7:35p-7:45p, then another message, it’s been delayed and will arrive between 7:59p-8:09 and then a third message that it’s between 8:05p-9:15p.

I moved to salmon creek and was horrified to find out they closed their pizza hut. The nearest one is 5 miles away and they don’t service this heavily populated area. Unbelievable. They force me to eat dominoes

The Pizza Hut app constantly does not work and oh by the way you can’t get any discounts when it is not working. Well hey at least it’s reminiscent of the Beastie Boys “Sabotage”? So much fun wasting a half an hour of my life! Thanks Pizza Hut. Wish I could give a negative star.

Well placed an order for curbside, pick up at 9:30pm. Because I have a little one. I called for it to be brought out upon arrival. Rang for a few minutes, finally an associate answered and I told her I was there to pick up a curbside order and she stated that they don’t do curbside after dark. So I had to unload my baby and go in. Why offer a service that cant be done “Allegedly.” When I entered nobody acknowledged me for a couple minutes. Finally a gal came to check me out and seemed unconvinced or bothered when I asked for parm, peppers & plates. Why work in the industry if you hate it. Horrible service and having to juggle taking my order and my baby in the carseat out back to the car, since they “dont do curbside after dark”

I ordered a pizza at 11pm and they decided to use door dash to deliver it. The driver arrived to the store after midnight and they were closed. The store or door dash never bothered contacting me or telling me what happened. Terrible service

Sometime here they are pretty fast, but during dinner time they are very busy and take some time to get to you. I ordered online and when came in, it took a while to get my pizza, even though it’s was ready and sitting in a box. Nevertheless Pizza Hit pizza is still good pizza.

Just got pizza delivered. The wing box was crushed , the pasta wasnt even in the box it had somehow come out of it and was in the bag they bring it in. She then grabs and puts it back in the box while its sitting on the cement. Worst driver ever plus 30 to 40 more like 50 to70.
