Traveling through, looking for a lunch spot. Happened upon Mission Deli! What a pleasant and delicious surprise!! Tamale was the best I have eaten in 60+ years of eating Mexican cuisine! Machaca enchilada was seasoned to perfection. House made tortillas and chips were light and amazing! Although they were busy, staff was friendly, our meals were delivered quickly, and every bite was enjoyed!! The quality was superb, and we loved the extensive ala carte choices. A definite return visit when we travel through Rocky Ford again!

We were not welcomed when we walked in, totally ignored. I understand they were busy, but that was not right. There were 6 tables that were dirty sat at one of them. Finally, someone came and cleaned but didn’t say a single word to us. The food was salty and the pork in the green chili was tough. Totally sub-par food.

Staff was pleasant enough but computer issues deleted my order from their system and was told to screenshot the transaction so the owner wouldn’t be upset with me. Which irritated me to no end on so many levels. Will not go back again and their phone was consistently off the hook.

Great place to eat, food is fast and delicious. It’s one our favorite places to eat. The staff is friendly. Parking can be a little work, but it’s definitely worth the hassle.
