They double charged my 20% tip. My confirmation email for my order total said also what the webpage total said, but my bank statement was almost $10 dollars more than the said confirmed payment. The pizza was already awful and they seasoned the crust wrong but I wasn’t going to call and complain because it happens sometimes. But when I saw my bank statement of course I had to call.

Well of you can see the pic of my extra turkey club u cam see why I was beyond mad. What made it worse is I got NO apology, she would not admit that they had made it wrong that they have to watch their inventory that’s why there is no meat cheese or anything . Kept saying Xtra turkey is 2 extra slices, ok but where’s the original amount of meat that comes on it normally its like she couldn’t grasp the concept. Then says she can remake it what with 2 slices again, I don’t see any cheese either, I count 4 pieces of bacon. Beyond disappoint. How bout wow I’m sorry about that mam no this is not how your sandwich should look I apologize can I make you a new one? Where is the customer service?
