Ugh. Where do I start. today. I asked about my credit. The new manager didn’t even want to talk to me as it was almost 930. Not wanting to argue, an employee said if i download the app, i can do buy one burger get one free. But when i went to put the order in on my phone, at 902pm, it said the time was too close to closing. It didnt allow me to use the buy 1 get 1 fre3 double smash burger. Anyways I paid full price for them. AGAIN they messed up. I ordered bacon double smash burgers. Both NO TOMATO, EXTRA LETTUCE. 1 with purple onion and the other with grilled purple onion. What I got was incorrect. Both had tomato, mind you we have an allergy to something in raw tomatoes so they both went into the trash. I will be calling in the morning and I will NOT EVER order from this smash burger. The worst part is,. I live about 5 minutes from this place. I immediately went home, amd the damn Fries. Onion strings and tater tots were literally cold. They had fries and stuff up first and that light that’s supposed to keep the food hot, nahhhh. Almost $42.00 only to be even more upset than when they gave me a wrong order 2 months ago. OH the worst part is, they didnt put mayo on either burger tonight. Oh and since when did they get so stingy with the tater tots. Literally 14 tater tots for 4.00???

The staff was super nice. The menu seemed a little limited. A single patty burger and fries took a longggg time to come out. Tasted great but looked sloppy and thrown together. Just not what I’d expect from a $16 meal.

The food is great. My only concern is the lack of hair nets. The girl at the register had long braids in her hair, every time she leaned forward her hair was on the counter when she was making shakes. Also, the guys in the back have long hair and facial hair with no nets. It’s gross. For that, I won’t be back.

Food was delicious and came out pretty fast. I would come here again to try some other food options. However we went at 730 pm and chairs we already up on tables and the waitress looked like she hated being there, not even the slightest fake smile. She even started mopping while people were In there, definitely got the vibe that everyone was an inconvenience.
