This was my first time. No greeting when I entered. The guy at the register was on his phone the entire time. I ordered chicken fried rice combo and shrimp fried rice combo. The rice was too earthy tasting not sure what I expected. The wings were good and fresh. But that peach drink was the star of the show. For $30.00, I just can’t come back. I tried to eat it but I had to trash the rice. My hubby said it was ok but he did not have to have it again.

I ordered a turkey/ham sandwich with fries. Fries were good. Sandwich was missing the turkey…staff was too busy chatting with each other to get their attention. Ate half of the sandwich and threw it in the trash. Went to wash my hands and saw roaches running everywhere. After releasing my food from my stomach, I went to report it. They were still chatting. Seems that most patrons were using door dash for their orders. One door dash person used the persins cup for a lemonade, drank it, then filled the cup for the person they were delivering to.

I got 75 wings for Super Bowl Sunday. They were the tiniest, hard wings I have ever had. I threw the really little ones away to avoid embarrassment. I was surprised because I get the wing and fry meal with grape punch and the wings are fine. But the Super Bowl special was a joke and a complete waste if money. They gave me all the wrong sauces and no ranch. I will never trust my event wings, to American Deli again. I’m so disappointed.

I got the cheeseburger, which was great! They do not have much of a sitting area but I got my order to go. They showed me my food when it was ready to make sure everything looked right! The fries seasoning has great flavor. Staff was nice as well. They have several different options such as wings, sandwiches, fried rice, and salads. I would definitely recommend this place and will be going back soon.

American deli always gets it right. I have tried various ones throughout North and South Carolina. The food is always fresh and flavorful. They have recently added new wing flavors such as honey lemon pepper and hot honey. The fried rice is way better than the Chinese restaurant and the fried fish is amazing. I do not…I repeat I do not recommend the fried shrimp. It is frozen and whn its friend it becomes very doughy inside. Overall I would highly recommend this restaurant

I am blown away at the service here. I called in a order and waited over 40 minutes to see people that called in after me and orders four behind myself getting their food. When I asked for a refund the cashier didn’t bat an eye and quickly returned my money. Never will I go back to a place that treats customers so poorly.

We have never eaten from American deli before. Today we ordered the Gyro’s with fries. All I can say is that will be the LAST time we ever eat there. They had absolutely no taste whatsoever, even the tzatziki sauce didn’t have any flavor. Had to put ketchup on the fries to at lest eat those. Save your money and go to Showmar’s or Nishie G’s, They are the ones with GREAT food.

The bathroom door was locked and the man working there tells me to “use a quarter” to unlock the door. I told him I didn’t have a quarter and he told me to use a plastic knife. That did not work. I had to walk to Publix to use the restroom before I ate my food. The man never offered to help me open the door. That was my first and last time eating there. Rock Hill has too many good restaurants for me to put up with that foolishness. I definitely will not be back. Food was mediocre at best!!
