Horrible experience they was just finishing closing I asked for an avocado toast ok great. Then they give me it with a knife they just plopped the avocado on there with out spreading it. I knocked on the window again to have them spread it they did not answer, acted like they ain’t see or hear us, then closed the lights. Those two white boys should not work there if they can’t even do their job right or have manners.

This dunkin always takes FOREVER!! for some reason they always have a huge line that they cant handle. After finally getting through that line, my coffee was made wrong twice. I didn’t wanna hold the line up any longer so i left with a coffee i paid for but wont drink.

Mid afternoon. No Dunkachino…settled for medium regular coffee. Main focus was the drive up. Coffee/food prep was sloppy and messy. I would prefer my coffee inside the cup not spilled or poured down the outside.

Pretty much every time I go to this Dunkin my order gets screwed up. Definitely poor management. I ask for less ice, this is the only Dunkin that gives me half a cup of my drink at the full price just because there’s less ice in it. I ask for no cheese, I get cheese, I order bacon for the avocado toast and they tell me they’re out but still charge me for it. I get it, it’s fast food, but I don’t have the problems at any Dunkin in any other town so I’ve just started going to Berkeley or FallRiver.

Every dunkin lately is slow! I was the 6th car in line this morning…12 minutes. Have to constantly repeat orders. This is a brand new store. I ask why the wait at 6:30am and they say they are understaffed. I go next day, 5/6 employee vehicles there, pull up to window and coffee is not made yet by person working window but I guess now the person in back of me. There coffee is already to go??? Ever try to get in touch with corporate…. I am done with them
