My server was Jessica, and she was awesome. I really love how the staff worked as a team and served all the tables whether they were the waiter/waitress or not. Food came very quickly, too much sugar in turnip greens and peach cobbler. The welcomed sign is the best part of dining in. Welcome, holy spirit!

Friends took us after church to eat. Had ham with Mac & cheese and two desserts so I could report on ’em (your welcome!). Good food! The blueberry dessert was the best but the pecan cobbler was a close second. Good service, food came fast, and lots of seating meant we didn’t have to wait. Old building with great embience. Don’t miss your chance to eat there.

Amazing food! Atmosphere and decor are awesome. Could not have asked for better. Blackened Ribeye with crawfish Julie, sautéed greenbeans and twice baked potato. All were very delicious. An unexpected treat in Hartford Alabama.

We got there toward the end of lunch time and our waitress just gave us the royal treatment. She sounded actually excited about having us there for our first visit. That’s great service to me at any time but for these days when customer service is 50% at best, it’s just almost unheard of. Oh and then the food- it was really, really downhome, slap yo mama good. Glad we finally made the time to go have lunch. We will definitely plan to go back to this local staple.

My wife and I ate here with a church group. The food was excellent and the staff was helpful, prompt, and friendly. The prices were a little high but not that bad. They had a good selection on the menu and the atmosphere was appropriate for the setting.
