HANDS DOWN THE SINGLE WORST FAST FOOD! I ordered the number 5. Simple cheeseburger, fries and soda. Menu board said $7.09. A bit pricey for a cheeseburger meal but whatever. Burger was so charred black the only flavor was a charcoal taste. Fries were hot but tasted like stale grease. The “Pepsi” tasted like watered down stale caffeine free diet coke”. Also ordered a small Smores Blizzard. That tasted ok. Was not served upside down as the contents of the cup were not frozen all the way. And when my total came to 12.74 I got a receipt to see the breakdown. Apparently these guys do not own up to date computer systems. Photo of receipt shows $12.74 for a total. So you mean to tell me my “small” sloppy stiff milkshake cost me roughly $5???? I will indefinitely not be stopping here anymore. You can’t pay be to eat that garbage

Seemed a little untidy, slow to help the inflow of customers, food was average but below standard for most DQ. Burger patties were dry and burnt around edges as if they were cooked and then re heated a few times

This place should simply just close back down for the winter. We arrive feeling like we already made a bad choice as soon as we hit the door, the moral is low, nobody has any idea what’s going on, they didn’t have most of the food we were looking to get. And then on top of it all the drinks from the soda machine had floating black stuff in it. Absolutely wild! They said oh sorry the machines in the back don’t do that, like they knew the self serves for the customers did!

the entire experience while going inside to order food was super awkard.. then our drinks from the lobby came out with big black chunks of what we can only assume was mold! and they say oh here it doesn’t do that back here like what so that means they know! for paying more than $40 for our family of 3 to eat you’d at least expect it to be clean now i sit here with all this food like done even want to eat it??! absolutely ridiculous and uncalled for. they honestly should just shut down.

I have only gone to this location a couple of times but none of them have been great. The employee was very nice last time at the drive through. However, we spent a good amount for not a lot. I got a rootbeer float that didn’t have any flavor and a basket of fries. The fries were pretty good. At the pay area though, it took 5 plus minutes to get our card back.. it looked like the employee who took it fainted or something. Then we had to remind them we got a float. We weren’t upset but not overly impressed.
