Veranda Blend
In Latin America, coffee farms are often run by families, with their own homes on the same land where their coffee grows. We’ve sipped coffee with these farmers for decades, sitting on their verandas, overlooking the lush beauty of the coffee trees rolling out in the distance. Most times it was a lightly roasted coffee like this one. It took us more than 80 tries to get it right—mellow and flavorful with a nice softness. Choose a grind style: Cone (Semi-Fine), Espresso (Fine), Flat Bottom (Drip), French Press (Coarse).
$14.95
Starbucks® Blonde Espresso Roast
Drawing on four decades of coffee artistry, we set out to craft an espresso that delivers a softer, more balanced taste to your cup and blends beautifully with milk. We started by combining select Latin American and East African beans, and then carefully roasted them to coax out their sweet, vibrant notes. The result is delightfully well-rounded and wonderfully versatile—delicious hot or served over ice.

Pleasant from the very moment we walked up. Both staff members were quick and accurate while maintaining a pleasant atmosphere. Hope more Starbucks pick up on how to be pleasant and timely like this location.

Ordered an iced latte with cold foam. The young lady making coffee proceeded to make fun of my order with the other lady making coffee. I could CLEARLY hear what they were saying and they made the coffee as a hot latte instead. Gentleman taking order was very polite but do not appreciate the attitude given from the other two ladies. Will not be returning to starbucks again.

My drinks are always what I’ve ordered. Servers are usually happy and friendly. Sometimes their personal conversations with each other makes it take longer to get drinks.

The downtown store atmosphere certainly has changed since non-patrons are allowed to take up space where patrons might need one. Starbucks needs to get its priorities straight. Do they want to be a bona-fide commercial store? Or, do they want Ferlinghetti to come in and read radical poetry? The coffee has slipped as well. The downtown store is headed for closing if it doesn’t get itself straightened out.

The scenery and coffee is nice but with the couple of times I’ve been in here it hasn’t been great, the staff is okay but not my favorite starbucks in town. I’d rather go to the one in the barns and noble down 48th street close by.

Chain coffee shops just arent good. The coffee isnt very good and the prices are crazy. I’ll happily spend a few extra minutes making fancy coffees at home, to avoid bad coffee and lines of grumpy people.

Good coffee, decent prices, good atmosphere, free WiFi. What’s not to like? People have a tendency to pay for your order to create a pay ahead system that’s always a nice surprise.

I’m glad to see their sales have decreased steadily over the last five quarters. They sell coffee. They need to stay out of politics and stick to selling coffee. Get rid of the CEO, he is too opinionated.

Didn’t even listen to what I ordered. Asking for something and not getting it but yet I’ve been there other times it’s been what I wanted. Not what was wrong. Hmm guess I’ll be at barns an noble now.
