I stopped through before going to the campground to get something while sitting up. The cashier working on 7/22/23 was far from enthusiastic or helpful. The overall cleaning of out front was Terrible! The bathrooms were dirty and hadn’t been cleaned. I would say that you should use the drive through so that don’t see the inside of the store. The pizza who ever was making it was good.

Ordered a Ham and Pineapple Detroit style pizza 8/23/23. Picked it up, got it home. Severely undercooked. Ordered extra cheese, got normal amount. There was hardly any ham at all. Usually have good luck here but I had to cook more in hopes that I didn’t get salmonella poisoning from this pizza. Thus order was a HUGE disappointment.

Went to the drive thru today. And as my cousin was giving our order, she was approached at the window by someone with a terrible attitude. This person was incredibly rude from the start! Not only that, but she continued turning her back on her when we weren’t even finished with our order. Wish I got her name! She definitely doesn’t need to be working drive thru anymore! It was just terrible customer service all around.

Felt ripped off. Always got a hot n ready and never ordered a specialty or custom pizza from there before. Felt spontaneous and orderd a ExtraMostBestest pepperoni. Was expecting extra cheese on top like in the picture but it was under and there was less of it compared to the sauce. I was also expecting at least one layer of pepperoni that covered every inch of the pizza but unfortunately there were the regular gaps of spaces you’d see on a regular pepperoni pizza. In the end I felt like I paid double than what it was worth and don’t feel comfortable trying anything new at a little Caesars again.

Husband went to pick up pizza on June 2nd, 15 pizzas total. Asked for help carrying them out and was told they were too busy. I get it, I worked in food service. On second time in to get more pizzas husband tripped on a lip of the floor. NO one came to check on him or even ask of he was OK. Went in later to speak with management and got the owner. He took my info and said they would get back with me, surprise he has not gotten back to me. We’ll just got back from an appointment at Shoreline Orthopedic and well we may have an issue.

This was as I called 30 times in a row because I had ordered three hot and ready‘s and got home to 3 thin crust hard as cardboard pizzas that I’ve ever tasted in my life. I had originally started calling because I wanted to place a pre-order of cheesy garlic bread to go along with my hot and ready‘s and they didn’t answer, then I get home only to find these hard then crust pizzasAnd as I literally called back to back and drove all the way back there just to see that they were closed I see this man standing at the register ignoring the phone as I’m calling. This is by far terrible service and I will be contacting management tomorrow.

Any Holland local can tell you, if you want cheap pizza that’s not necessarily bad, this is the place to go to. This is by far the best Little Caesars out of the two we have to offer in Holland. I’ve been both a customer, and a previous employee here so I’ve experienced both aspects of this store. You’re always going to have mixed staff and no regulars as of now due to them only offering part-time positions, with that comes mixed Pizza results. In General the best time to come over is between 3 pm & 5 pm. during the Hot N ready hours because everything’s always fresh due to the high demand. But also expect a 15 – 20 minute wait in line if busy. If that is the case they always lock the doors of the main entrance and do drive-thru only. If you choose to dine in the store, just be mindful that the staff tends to neglect the dining room unless it’s clear it needs to be picked up, and the bathroom is not always clean. Staff friendliness is always a mixed result, I’ve had both good and bad experiences. Just be mindful that the staff only gets 15 minute breaks, and they’re really overworked and underpaid is an understandment at $10 an hour so not everyone has good enthusiasm with customer interaction.
