Pulled into the drive thru at 12:05 am on a Friday night/Sat. morning & nobody asked for our order or acknowledged we were there. Lights are on but nobody’s answering…even at the drive-up window. If you’re closed DONT SAY YOU’RE OPEN! Tried calling twice but the line was busy. Not sure who was working tonight (8-18-23) but apparently they didn’t want our business. Buh-bye, we’ll go elsewhere from now on.

The people at the window almost always have an attitude that keeps getting worse over time. I ordered soft tacos and she rung it up as crunchy. She confirmed the order before having me pull up. When I pointed out that it was supposed to be soft tacos she flat out argued with me that I “must not have because I rung it as crunchy” and continued on as if she wanted to start something more with me just because I stated I said soft tacos. If you want food it’s good for a Taco Bell but the customer service is complete trash 80% of the time depending on who is there.

This place and the staff are pathetic. I look forward to the day this Taco Bell closes its doors for good. Half the time you can’t even understand what the employees are saying. If you are bored and interested in seeing what a Taco Bell would be like in a 3rd world country, this is your place!
