I used to love this Panda Express. I don’t know what happened but lately its been horrific. I gave it a second chance and won’t be returning. I mean, look at this eggroll which alone was over 2 bucks.

Was good had ordered the the honey walnut shrimp, plus crab wonton’s broccoli and rice . Plus water in a bottle the fountain drink machine was down. You have to make sure they have your order’s correctly I had to order another tray they forgot it lol. Plus my water’s. Free parking Handicap parking not Handicap friendly when entering the building. The outside seating area was not clean on the tables had to wipe the table off before seating down . But was nice to stop and enjoy our meals.

Food was awesome and juicy, fresh when going through drive thru and especially the place looks nice and modern. Overall great experience with the service so far and very understanding people. Also a good spot of locations to get a quick bite to eat and being that panda express has great orange chicken is the greatest. Well done.

Waited for 10-12 min for chow mein to be replenished, which I didn’t mind. Got my food and went back to my job only to take a bite of the chow mein and taste nothing but burnt pot. Not even edible. Kind of upset to say the least as I’m sure the “chef” knew the pot was burning but still decided to serve the burnt tasting food. Wont be back EVER again as this is not the first time I’ve had issues with food quality. Guess I was the sucker

Something is off. They’ve change the recipe to their sauce on their honey chicken and orange chicken almost like it is diluted or something like they are trying to save money not sure but it is definitely not like it was a month ago very disappointing. Not to mention the crab Rangoon‘s doesn’t taste like cream cheese anymore it taste diluted as well flavor is gone so sad .

I DON’T know where to begin. I Walked in iF the pans wasn’t EMPTY the ones that did have food it was old and Dried out,they KEEP COOKING and Dumping fresh food on top of old and then MIXING IT all together. I get a cup for my drink THE lobby is out of Sweet TEA. I ask for a Spoon for the Kid,NO spoons. They don’t do samples nomore .
