The food was great, the service was good. I did not like how the parking lot is so small and compact. This place was very packed and the line was wrapped around the corner on to the street holding up traffic “your typical in-n-out”. I don’t understand why most in-n-out locations are like this like come on, you know your franchise location’s are all popping so like why not make your parking lot’s and line’s bigger like maybe two drive thru line’s like Mc Donald’s…

Having heard my partner rave about In-N-Out, I had always been curious to try it since it wasn’t available in my area. To my delight, I discovered that they offer vegetarian options like plain or grilled cheese sandwiches. It wasn’t necessary my type of fries but the food does indeed taste better than the usual fast food experience. The staff at this particular location were exceptionally kind and friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere that I thoroughly enjoyed.

My first time trying this infamous in-n-out. It’s just average and I didn’t find anything really special compared to other good burger restaurant, except the price is very reasonable.

It’s hard to say there’s a lot of atmosphere when your entire trip revolves around a large circle around the parking lot in a very very white building with some red trim. But it was clean and this location has much better traffic management than most? Food and service are of course top notch, but you’ll still have to wait even when there’s 20 people working inside. That’s how busy they are!

Good food, good service, bad location with drive thru designed for failure.

Great food as always. I always go for a Double Meat hamburger and a grilled cheese with everything.

30 minutes for 2 burgers?? Are you kidding me? Employees are so slow, literally 4 orders were called that were placed after mine. Horrible location. Pleasanton one is wayyyyyyy better. Or just go to Mcdonalds, they have better service than this place, SMH.

The burger was perfect, fresh, hot, and as ordered. The fries tasted good but they weren’t hot… Only just slightly warm. The chocolate shake was the perfect after dinner treat. Clean well lit dining room and polite counter service. The drive through line was 15 cars long so I decided to walk inside and order.
