Great job to the staff that was working this past Friday February 10th around 7pm ! We actually tried to go eat at Hemmingways Craft House at first, but we got treated horrible there. Their staff is rude. We didn’t get asked if we wanted to eat or anything after sitting at the bar cause we didn’t have a reservation but when a different couple came in with no reservation, they got offered a table but we didn’t. So we didn’t complain to the manager we just paid for our 2 drinks and left .

A friendly, family-owned and operated restaurant that had delicious food. The two young boys who were helping were the most polite and well-mannered young men wife come across recently. They talked with my 11 month old like she could understand them and she had a blast. The service was incredible; I don’t think 2 minutes went by without someone asking if we needed anything. The location is great too; right on the water with gorgeous views.

Super friendly staff, delicious food, and great atmosphere! I love me some really good fried fish and their fried catfish is phenomenal. The catfish was fresh, flaky, moist, and melts in your mouth. The crust was nice, flavorful, and crunchy. Just cooked to perfection and paired with their homemade tartar sauce, it was great. Their homemade hushpuppies and fries were also really enjoyable. Their Lazy H Burger was also really good. On our way out, the hostess pointed out their fish pond, tortoises, and reptiles for the kids to see. Our kids really enjoyed seeing that. It was a nice way to end our lunch.

Very friendly staff and service was quick. The food was pretty awesome. We went on a weekday which seems to be fairly slow for the business. I’ve seen some low reviews and can’t say that they are justifiable judging from my experience. The chicken salad croissant was awesome and so was the Mushroom and Swiss Burger!

Very nice spot. The food is really great!! We had catfish and a cheeseburger (twice) the sides taste fresh; okra, sweet potato fries hush puppies. They have 2 patios and a cozy indoor dining space. Also activities like ping pong and basketball if you wanna hangout and enjoy the bar. Their service was on point, we where well taken care of by Montana. Overall our experience was pleasant.

Nice location overlooking the lake with lake access. Large outdoor patio which is pet friendly. Friendly wait staff. Relatively fast order to table. Ordered the large taco platter and only able to eat less than half, 2 people. Toppings consist of pulled pork and or chicken, cheese, refried beans with processed, not homemade sides of salsa, guacamole, sour cream, sliced jalapenos. There was quite a bit of food however the price seemed a little steep at $16.95 for large. The half order was only a couple dollars less at $14.95 so you’re inclined to go large. The half order should be under $10 and more folks would order that instead of too much. Lost points for stale chips on the taco platter but it could have been just an off night for the chips. Ate here again the next weekend. Total bill was $12.95. Had sweet potato fries for $2.95, ice tea and fried pickles made up the rest of the bill. Again seems over priced but it is Possum Kingdom
