When you are craving chicken this is the place to go. They have chicken cooking skills and much more. I am never disappointed. They have the best cole slaw, creamy mac and cheese and yummy soft biscuits. They serve a wide variety of chicken choices so you will never get bored. I love this location! The food is great, and the staff is phenomenal! Darlene, Ashely, and Cassandra, they are by far the best crew at this KFC! Darlene is the most sweetest kindest lady ever. I’m my opinion, she is what breaths life i into this store. As long as the three of those lovely ladies are working, I will always recommend that location to everyone!!!!

I went to this restaurant for take out/drive through I was rushed while ordering and they about threw my food out of the window. I felt rushed and normally always check my food before I leave I just trusted they would make sure it’s right. When I finally got home I was highly disappointed to find food missing fries rock hard biscuits rock hard unedable. And Mac and cheese taste sour. I called the store and in the background you could hear all the employees screaming and cussing. I let them know what I had I recieved and what i didn’t receive after spending money on it and not getting it. I was placed on hold for a long period of time then when they finally got back on the phone I was told well my team said they made sure your food was there and the fries were not old or hard. I was upset. So disappointed spending outrageous amounts of money and receiving the poor customer service and poor food quality and not receiving some items at all (kids meals at that). After opening the food contents I noticed in one bowl cabbage was mixed in and in the other bowl it looks like carrots maybe and no gravy as well they just covered it with cheese and corn.

I’m tired of being ripped off each and every time by this location when you pay $5 for a large order of fries you should expect that it would be filled to the top yet each and every time it’s only half full this is begging for report to the Better Business bureau. Secondly I’m tired of not being able to have any faith that they’ll get your order right even when you ask for no specifications whatsoever they cannot even simply follow a four to five ingredient recipe. Please find competent workers.

I came here and when I ordered I asked if they had hi-c. The lady said no and then mumbled out some barely incoherent words about raspberry tea, watermelon tea and lemonade. So I said I would get the raspberry tea and then she told me they only have watermelon tea. So I chose that. And when I got to the window the lady who was passing out the food was wearing clothes that were absolutely disgusting and unsanitary, they also appeared to be covered in paint. And when I finally tried the “watermelon tea” it was horrible. I’m not trying to be dramatic but it tasted like it had either vodka, cough medicine, or cleaning chemicals in it. I was absolutely horrified and spent the rest of my drive home trying not to vomit from the lingering taste in my mouth. And I never ended up eating the food anyway because I was completely disgusted by her dirty clothes. And my appetite is completely gone now and I’m so nauseated:(

ABSOLUTELY disquieting!! Inside had food & food wrappers all over the floor. Garbage can on west side garbage stacked. Did a mobile app order & it should have been ready by 2:16 I finally had to go ask for it at 2:35. Had a side of Gravy only & got mashed potatoes with it, took it back to get the right thing & she gave me the little bowl & then threw it out the counter. Employees standing around playing on their phone. What seemed to be a manager asked a customer if he wanted a courtesy drink because they didn’t get his order right, grabbed the cups with her bare hands with fingers inside the cup. Will never eat at this one again. Only gave 1 star because no star was not an option. This used to be my favorite, but that changed today

Didn’t give me and my wife utensils for our food. Gave us the wrong sauce. Put pickles on my sandwich when I asked and they confirmed 3 times that they heard me say no pickles. Honestly ridiculous. Terrible experience

I went to this store for dinner last night for dinner I ordered a big box according to the menu it should ofbeen like 10 dollars 5 strips 2 sides 2 biscuits. Well it was 21.00 I got 4 strips 1 side all for 21.00 never will I go there again. This place sucks I went for ice cream once machine was down 4 days later went for a hamburger grill was down. Why is this store even open. It’s in a popular location but it truly is worthless.

Good Food!! Great Price to Feed a Family. I Asked for Honey, They Almost forgot the Honey then the Cashier at the Drive thru Double checked and Went and got the Honey. When I got Home I Found About 50 Packs of Honey!! When I got Home I also Noticed One of My Gravy Was less then Half Full and seemed a little Watery. So I don’t Know What Happened there.

This kfc is absolutely disappointing,, specially the manager lady Zoey. She’s so lazy that I went to go order food and while a young man was taking my order she yelled through the back saying they couldn’t do it. She didn’t say why just that she can’t. I would’ve waited for the food to be cooked if that was the issue but frankly this isn’t the first time. She’s constantly turning people away and losing business because she is lazy or because she simply “just doesn’t want too” poor management running it I’d say and she needs to be fired or moved locations.
