Went here several times while we were in town. Yep, I missed Jimmy John’s. This location was super quick, nice staff, and you can order ahead and pick up through the drive thru. I had the bootlegger club and the sandwich was huge and tasty. Get it cut in half.

I tried the Chicken Caesar Wrap and was very impressed. I was surprised it had croutons in it but they actually made it so much better. They had the perfect amount of dressing in it to were it wasn’t dry and it wasn’t oozing out when getting to the end of the wrap. I usually get a bootlegger club but I was definitely happy I got the wrap this time.

I wish I was writing a better review, because I’ve always liked Jimmy John’s. But we didn’t have a positive experience at all. We had to wait for the employees to finish eating their chips, while the employees were sitting on the counter, before they would take our order. No thank you!!! Terrible service

This is WORST Jimmy John’s location I’ve ever seen. Do not ever order delivery from this store unless you are okay waiting for 2hours even if you pre order for a certain time. The time management for this location is awful. This has happened to me twice. If you also call, they will not it answer and if they do, they will answer and immediately hang up. Terrible customer service. The other Rock Road location however is lovely and worth the order!
