The rudest service I have ever encountered. I went here with my spouse. He made it clear that he is allergic to soy and asked if there is soy in the veggie burger. The waitress checked and came back to say that one option does not have soy. So he went with that option. Halfway through his burger, he realized he was eating a patty full of soy beans. As soon as he informed the waitress and asked to have it removed from our bill, her demeanor immediately changed from friendly to defensive and aggressive. She argued that the beans are not soy beans, they are avocado. This was simply not true. They were literally soy beans. She then told us she would not remove it because he ate half of it already. Her accusatory demeanor was as though he purposely ate half then asked to have it taken off. She told him he’s just having a bad day and taking it out on her. We asked to speak to the manager and were told they are out of the country. We were given a number to call to complain. It is disconnected. This was absolutely ridiculous. We will now deal with him being ill for the next 3 days. Mistakes happen in all industries. But there was no bit of an apology or any attempt to rectify the issue that this waitress caused. Whether you are local or just visiting in the area, I recommend you steer clear of Abby’s Restaurant entirely.

Excellent grilled chicken wrap on way home upstate. Off and on easy thruway exit. Family owned and will be back for fresh food and friendly service ever. In my younger years would stay at this holiday inn bc cheap rates and close to ski mountains and ate breakfast here all the time before hitting the slopes. try it!

Would never go here again overpriced $20 for 5 cheese ravioli alot better choices elsewhere in town. Items on menu consisted of hamburger or pasta. Over priced for little portions.

Had a great meal. Hamburger was flame grilled perfectly. We also had a chicken parm meal that was great. Don’t let the “old” Hojo’s look scare you off, the food is good. Will be back for sure.
