Been going here a couple of weeks now to get meals and haven’t had issues until recently. All of their meals are supposed to be fully cooked and supposed to be able to microwave them and eat, however one of the meals I ordered had raw chicken. Not a big deal, I just reached out to let them know and hopefully get refunded the meals for the week that had the raw chicken or get a discount for a future order. They told me on the phone that all of their meals are fully cooked and to send a picture, I did and then didn’t hear anything back. So, I went in person to then pick up more meals and to talk with someone in person about my issue and they just told me the same thing. “On our end it’s showing it’s fully cooked” meanwhile im literally showing them a picture of the chicken which is clearly raw. I also asked for a discount/ get comped for those meals I had to throw out and they won’t. It’s not like im a one time customer I’ve been ordering a lot of meals and it’s frustrating they wouldn’t refund me for some of the meals I couldn’t eat. Management needs to do better

I bought four frozen meals from Clean Eatz and they are indeed healthy and wholesome! They’re also super convenient. On the other hand, they are slightly bland. This may be by design but I found myself lightly salting my meals. I like the portion size but I felt that the price I paid (just over $35) for four single-portion meals was not a great value for the money.

The concept is OUTSTANDING. I love that the macros are on the packaging of the Grab and Go meals, and that the ingredients are simple and clean. That being said, I’ve had a few of the Grab and Go meals from here now and the biggest problem I’ve found is that they’re not seasoning anything. No salt, no pepper, no nothing. Today I had the Korean Beef Bowl and while it says there’s Korean BBQ sauce in it, there isn’t any. And it’s not seasoned in the slightest. I had the orange Beef a few weeks ago where the beef was super tender, but the orange flavor was absent. I think with a few tweaks (seasonings/spices) these meals would be out of this world.

I started coming in often and I’ve loved everything I’ve tried. The customer service person, Justin, was so helpful and nice my first trip (and every trip.) The service I receive is always so quick and easy. I’ve recommended this place to many friends.

I been getting meals from Clean Eatz for 2-3 weeks now and I love it, BUT there’s a tall, white, fruity guy that works there that seems to have an attitude all the time and he gave me repetitive meal preps that I didn’t order. I will be going to the Midlothian one from now on, hoping I have better service there. Literally made me feel like my presence was bothering him & felt like he was rushing to get me out.. besides that, meals are really affordable and delicious!

My husband and I went here for lunch today for the first time. We’re starting our healthy journey and wanted to find a place that was specific when it comes to healthy food. It was reasonably priced and the food was really good. I got the Buffalo chicken wrap and my husband got the chicken pesto wrap with sweet potato fries. We also got a meal prep for lunch tomorrow. They had a lot of options to choose from. We will be back soon!

I’ve been going to Clean Eatz in this particular location for about a year now. I will say the huge pros is that the meals are tasty, and convenient! I usually use a toaster oven to heat up my meals and never have issues with them. My favorites I’ve noticed would be their pasta, Asian, and bbq meals. Their frozen pizzas are a plus, and between my fiancé and I, we tend to eat a half each feeling satisfied, and never guilty.

Delicious food, friendly staff, and a fresh concept! I dined in for lunch today and had the BBQ chicken flatbread. It was SUPER TASTY and left me feeling satisfied but not stuffed and gross. Also, I love their frozen meals and weekly meal plan ideas. I can definitely see myself utilizing those features. Oh yeah and I appreciate that they don’t have any sugary drinks. You can only make good choices. The blueberry infused tea was very good, even without any sweetener added. I will be back soon!

I think this place is a really good idea. The food is cheap. A lot of the meals seem healthy and there are some options that are a little more indulgent. Not gonna lie, it’s not the fanciest food I’ve ever eaten. Definitely not gourmet. But for meals in their freezer as low as like $8 you can’t really find that anywhere anymore and definitely not for healthy stuff. A chipotle bowl is more expensive than that now so this is competitive.
