Ordered a#1 with curly fries. The sandwich was cold and cheese on it was cold. I let them know and the manager said what do you want me to do about it, I can microwave it for you and I said I would rather not have microwaved food. So he said he will will make it over for me. When he brought the new sandwich back out, you could clearly tell that he microwaved it because the meat was crispy and hard and the bread was shriveled up and this time the sandwich was PIPING PIPING HOT. Which made it nasty. This restaurant sucks and I’ll never eat here again

Another drive through gone bad. How do you mistake a Gyro (cold) for the Ruben I ordered? The Turkey Bacon wrap was a hard as a brick as if it was made earlier. I won’t be returning to this location.

Service/ communication so poor and staff so rude I told them to keep the money and the sandwich and walked out because I wasn’t going to touch anything they handled after the “communication” I got from them. Staff at first could not understand I was asking for a Gyro because NO ONE working there understands “yee-ro” vs “J eye – ro”. All laughing over the intercom and not communicating whether they had my order or not. Went inside for much of the same and a bunch of “you say tomato I say….” (You know the rest) talk with a side of really rude attitude from most of the crew behind the counter. Up-side is the amusement I gained from observing a bunch of ignorant rude staff laughing at and antagonizing the customer over a situation caused by THEIR own ignorance. Joke’s on them actually. Maybe you should require them to view Arby’s commercials prior to hiring them? Lucky you got a prime location cause this franchise would fail quickly if it were not.

I love Arby’s. When traveling, it is my go-to fast food. The food was good here, but man was the service weird. People behind the counter wouldn’t hardly talk to us. I ordered and then stepped out for a minute to grab something from the vehicle and went right back in. The person behind the counter said, “What can I get you?” I just stared back, and the person said,”You going to order?” I said I already did and was waiting on my food. Just really strange.
