Best brisket (from a restaurant) I’ve had in years. Brioche bun was fresh and meal was reasonably priced. The Mac & cheese was creamy and fresh. Not salted much (if at all) unlike some of the other bbq places do (I liked that). The jalapeño baked beans were a miss. I had expected them to be sweet (brown sugary) and they were the opposite. In fact there was an “odd” taste to them I can’t place. But I won’t recommend them unless you have tried them and like their style. Sweet tea was Gold Peak brand and was great. Southern style sweet tea and gooooood! Overall, this is the best brisket sandwich I could have asked for (I used the sweet sauce too). The meat literally melted in my mouth every bite. Yum! I will be back again for this.

Simple , fast and very good bbq. The service was very nice , the staff at this location was so nice. The turkey was very savory and moist , my favorite of the three meat meal. The pull pork was very good and moist as well. You buy a large reusable cup and you get $1 refills when u bring it back. Also kids under 12 eat free on Sunday one per adult entry. Plus the have free soft serve icecream . We will be back

Great Job Dickey’s!!! Okay so this was our first time back since their initial opening – terrific improvements! The food was great – everything we had was really good, we also had the chance to speak with the owner – they’ve really got it going well now – they even have an entirely new crew here since they first opened! We can’t say enough good things about it – Super glad to have Dickey’s in Gulf Breeze! Great Place, Excellent Food, and a Fantastic Staff!!!

Checked website for hours of operations and it said that they were open. Placed order online and charged to cc with tip. Drove 11 miles only to find out they had locked the doors 2 1/2 hours early. Although there were workers inside, they refused to answer the door. My tracking number even showed that they were packing my order.

This is my 4th time coming here I am trying to try everything on the menu, still have a few more visits to go….service is wonderful the employee Tyrone made me feel comfortable and even pointed out the daily specials that are posted online and the food is excellent, better then the smoke house in navarre they even have free ice cream to cleanse your pallet…if your here on vacation I highly recommend stopping by and grabbing a family meal deal everyone will be happy and full and it wont break the bank….

Rude General Manager, I ordered food through their direct website and went to collect it last night at my allocated time of 7.30pm. Money was deducted from my bank, turned up, restaurant closed!! Was told it closes at 7pm every night! Was told I would get a refund. Next day called up, to ask if refund had been issued! Manager said she would check and came back on phone to say she had just issued it. I said they need to look into their website as it’s taking orders past their closing time. She really didn’t seem bothered I asked to speak to head office, she put the General Manager on who was very sarcastic and unapologetic after I told him I was out of pocket! He told me in a sarcastic manner that he wasn’t magic and that the money would take a few days to show in my account! I told him so therefor I am out of pocket and he said ‘ no you are not your money will show in your account in the next few days’ so I said again, well yes I am out of pocket right now if the $65 is not in my bank right now! He still rudely told me I wasn’t. So here’s the thing! How about get your website updated and have your closing times changed to 7pm!!! Do not process orders from people online after that time!!!! Not only did we miss out from a meal that we were looking forward too, but we were charged for it with no apologies and a rude cocky general manager that hung up on me and would not give me his name! However I will be taking this further due to his mannerism and rudeness and the way he handled my complaint! Steer clear of this place! Must be some idiot in charge if he’s not professional enough to deal with a complaint in the right way.

Ordered curbside, waited 10 minutes in the car. Go inside and the place was empty. There was 2 workers behind the counter standing around a and on their phones. They said I had to wait for another person who is on there way too prepare the sides. They didn’t have one of the sides so I chose another. I also ordered Texas toast fir an extra charge and when I got home it was the standard roll. The ribs were like leather. If they were busy I could understand the back log. But I ordered on the app over an hour before pickup time. No updates sent after food was on the pit. Absolutely the worse service ever.

Terrible experience. Guy at the front ignored us until I asked if we could order. Then told me to hold on, restaurant was empty except for 1 other couple eating. Ordered 2 kids plates because my kids were crying hungry. He just stands there.. after a few minutes of him just standing there and my kids screaming I decided to leave. They never said a word. I will never come back here.
