If you use website or app ordering and get an error that your card details were not correct, STOP! DO NOT TRY AGAIN! The digital experience is completely broken. Every attempt added a pending charge to my bank account. After multiple tries I gave up and went in store, then checked my bank account later that day to a lovely surprise. 138 dollars in pending charges tied up for a week, digital support doesnt answer my ticket and phone support took 30 mins to get to a person that told me oh well cant do anything but wait. The store staff did alright even with manually reading off my order and modifications.

For starters i was in line for 20 minutes. Then when i get to the window to pay i hand the girl a $100 bill and she tells me she can’t accept 100s! I said so you’re not going to give me my food and coffee bc you don’t take $100? She said yea sorry we can’t. I called all the other Tim hortons and they said they have never heard of that before!!! This is the last time i will step foot at that location!!! Don’t waste your time or money that they don’t accept!!! Poor poor customer service!!!

This location ALWAYS tries to close over an hour early. Their hours say 7PM and if you show up at 5:50 they try telling you their espresso machine for the rest of the night because they are down or already down for cleaning. You are open until 7PM so stay open until 7PM. It’s absolutely ridiculous. Every single time. The worst service and I am so sick of it.

This location use to always be consistent but now my coffee tastes different every time. Some days it’s like straight milk, some days it’s really syrupy and gross and some days they get it right. I really hope they get more consistent here instead of making it different every time

I’ve never got an order that was correct at this location. Last 5 times I’ve been to this location my order had missing items. Employees act like they don’t want to be there and are rude to customers. Don’t recommend this place at all. And managers are zero help. They are part of the problem. The place is a joke. They need to get people who actually WANT to work there. Last week the line was out onto the road and employees were sitting around on their phones so customers could see them behind the counters goofing off. Real great example of a strong work ethic.

This location used to be top notch with kind and courteous service. NOW, the employees are slow, rude and rarely get an order correct. They are constantly out of everything no matter what time of day you go. The drive thru is a joke. You often wait 10-15 minutes for an order. Management needs to step up and correct this. Corporate should be notified.

If zero stars was an option, I would gladly give them that. Went there 3 or 4 times with a friend for breakfast and every time they forget to put something in my order. Last week, they gave my friend the wrong wrap, and when I went inside to talk to the manager, the teenaged cashier rolled her eyes and stalked into the manager’s office without even an apology, or any words for that matter. Today we tried again, and the same girl was on drive through. Friend ordered a #11 and only got her sandwich and bagel at the window. She asked the girl about the coffee and hash brown and she skirted around blaming someone else for entering it wrong, then proceeded to charge my friend separately for her coffee and hash brown, and ended up costing more than the meal deal itself! My friend went inside and talked to the manager and the manager was completely rude and disrespectful. I will NEVER go back to this location ever again. Learn appropriate customer service or get a new job!
