Ordered the family boneless wings BBQ and the manager (Tim) told me he personally done this order. He did a half job cause where is the BBQ sauce. He told my wife to come back at some sauce. The manager suck at this location. He took the same wings I brought from home and took them back to the kitchen to add more sauce which is unsanitary. Had him cook a fresh batch and ended up drenched in BBQ sauce. Ridiculous!

Decided to go to Zaxby’s for dinner for my family – no one felt like cooking and we have not gone to Zaxby’s in quite a while. Went through the drive thru. Asked for a signature club sandwich, signature club sandwich meal, and a Zaxby’s Zen salad. Neither club sandwich was a club sandwich but just crispy chicken sandwiches. Grilled chicken on my zen salad was burnt. WOW Zaxby’s! For real? What happened to checking to make sure the order was right and edible? This is not the first time this happened when ordering from Zaxby’s. Fool me once… fool me twice, you get one star only because I can’t give zero stars. Get it together!

Food is good but service left alot to be desired. Side orders of Cole slaw do not belong in a side box , it makes a nasty mess in the bag and the slaw is everywhere but in the box. No flatware to eat with. When you ask the drive thru person got attitude.

My salad was old and showed signs of it with rusty dark discoloration had to remove a bunch of pieces of wedges leaving not much but a bunch of chopped cucumbers and rancid tasting old lettuce I would’ve returned it had I still been in the area Do Better Zaxbys a fresh salad takes all of what 10 minutes to put together to avoid awful reviews from customers….
