A lot of traffic and not much space for it. Was given stale munchkin donuts, and without a doubt the worst coffee I’ve ever had. My sister and I both got an iced coffee with Irish cream flavoring. We think they may have given us something spoiled as our coffee smelled and tasted terrible. Our drive home smelled like feet, we thought it was something outside because of rain but now we believe it was the coffee. We took one sip and dumped them, completely wasted money. Probably won’t come back, but the one good thing was we received everything we ordered.

This location has been open for what, 2-3 years and they still can’t get it together? Everytime I go here, they have items listed on the menu but they are not available and when I do order something that they have in stock, it’s made wrong and taste awful. I will drink rain water out of a puddle before I ever return to this location.

Normally never have an issue but today this is what I received. Asked for only 2 cream (they put 3 in their mediums) in my coffee and it comes out looking like milk- cannot even taste coffee. And my beyond sausage breakfast sandwich was heated with the paper still on the cheese. I’m super disappointed to receive this especially after waiting almost ten minutes in the drive thru line.

dont go here, go to mcdoandls and ask to be surved by mike. he is SO frienly with kids! he asked to bring my child into the bathroom! hes so carring! I heard him talking so some girl in the backrooms and him saying i love the sound of her voice! i hope they have a loveing relaonship and the roumor around for what i can hear is that shes in a relanship i think they got togher!

Had to yell at the speaker to get waited on after sitting waiting so long. Ordered my favorite iced carmel macciato got to window to pay 2 girls are standing with window closed talking one with a headset on. Laughing to each other. I waited and waited. I finally get my order and it’s black coffee with cream no Carmel anything. Horrible because I order only that and although it looked as it should it had no flavor except black coffee. This is the 3rd time in a row I can’t get what I order and don’t seem to matter to workers so I just won’t be going there anymore

Had to compromise 3 different times and end up with a horribly oversweetened drink. I am keeping it in the fridge to show corporate how terrible of an establishment this is. If I want a refresher, I should not have to compromise for iced coffee that’s 90% syrup. Also, the food is horrible, watched it being prepared and it is disgusting. All in all I wasted $10 at this place, and I recommend GetGo for coffee and donuts, right across the street.

Bacon, egg and cheese Sandwich was good. This location has more than the Monaca one which is great. But I’m not what they’re doing with these donuts… Dunkin used to be so good. Now it’s always a headache going.
