I placed a big order on the app, went to pick it up, and the staff was not happy about putting together my order. They were complaining about it as I was standing there waiting for them to finish, and they were not busy at all. They placed my order on the counter and didn’t say if it was ready, when I asked they just ignored me. They only filed half our drinks, when we asked about the empty cups, they told us to fill them ourselves.

I was in there on Thursday I placed an order ahead of time on my phone app My order was incorrect. I tried to call the store to get them to refund my missing items the person on the phone was rude and set me down several times. They wanted me to return to the store I explain to them I was a truck driver and unable to do that. And I was just getting the order for my family before I left out on the road. They said I could stop back in the next day I sent my sister and they wouldn’t even deal with her. The person I spoke to on the phone even refused to give me a name. Of course they’re not going to deal with you you don’t even have anybody’s name that they talked to.

Went inside to make sure we would get a correct order because we were ordering for 5 people. They informed us the register wasn’t working to order from a kiosk. As I stated we had a large order and didn’t want to go through all that. We went outside to the drive thru. A car was ahead of us and they took their order, gets to us and they said their internet is down and can’t take our order. Absolutely awful. I have been here 2 times since I moved to this area, and the service is terrible! Each time I ordered an item, the girl working the drive thru would say, “Ugh. What else? ” Never told me a total or read back the order. When I got my food, the burritos were stuck to the wrapper, so when I opened it, it completely came apart, and the filling went everywhere.

I ordered a steak bell grande, and it lettuce and jalapenos and extra cheese to it. The service was fast and quick my food most definitely was hot and fresh I didn’t have any issues. I really wish they bring back the Mexican pizza though . But all and all it was good and at that time of night their customer service was awesome.
