Do not come here. They’re very stingy with the portions. They don’t give you the amount you pay for. Go to Austintown, Boardman or Youngstown they give you good portions and are nicer and cheaper. I paid more for what I ordered. Would not recommend. If I could give this Chipotle 0 stars I would. I asked for my receipt they didn’t give me my receipt saying they can’t give receipts because their machine is down. I ordered double chicken and they gave me two little scoops not filled to the top of the spoon. I asked for a lot of vegetables the lady rolled her eyes. Then I told the checkout that this is a little bit of food and he laughed and didn’t say anything. Asked for my receipt he said he can’t because the machine is down. I will be telling everyone about the two times I went there and how they gave me small portions each and every time. I pay more here for a small portion than I pay at the other Chipotle’s. I pay less for more food/ what I order at the other local Chipotle’s. Will never return to this one. This is the newest Chipotle and the only bad one around here. Do not spend money on this place. Go to the other ones.

I came to the restaurant yesterday around 630pm. I got a bowl I got it with steak. Once I got home and began to eat my food. I noticed that almost every bite of steak I ate from Belmont Chipotle was Grissel. I eventually just threw the whole thing away because I didn’t enjoy it I had no meat. So today I decided to call up there to tell them about it but of course you can’t get anybody on the phone you have to go through some type of app to state your complaint which I feel is foolishness it wasn’t an app for me to pay you. I was ever so angry oh I was ever so angry.!!!

This was my best Chipotle experience ever! They are all about customer service. We were traveling and stopped for lunch. We arrived just before noon on a Tuesday. Customers continued to arrive in intervals and the drive thru appeared to be busy. I counted 7 staff and everyone was busy – not one person was standing around as I have so often seen at other Chipotles. One person took your order and she was excellent – she was friendly, courteous and super efficient. If she was getting low on something she would alert the prep staff by calling out “fajitas at 3,” which I interpreted to mean she has 3 servings remaining. The portions were just right – I didn’t have to ask for a little more of anything. The drive thru server did the same thing. One man had a very brief wait for an item to complete his order. And instead of standing there waiting for it, like they do at every other Chipotle I have been to, she asked the next customer if he was going to order that item, which he wasn’t; so, she started his order. But as soon as the item she needed to complete the previous order became available, she finished that order. The cashier checked you out and when she was wasn’t doing that, she was helping drive thru fill orders. Didn’t have any issues using my phone app or with payment and I always have issues at every other Chipotle I visit. My husband likes fajita veggies and he almost never gets them because they never have any at the other restaurants back home. Here, the prep chef was cooking multiple items on the grill, one of which was a big batch of fajita veggies. Two other staff members were cutting more veggies. It seems other restaurants only cook one item at a time and fill the grill up with that item. I asked the server how long this restaurant was open and was told since December. In 7 short months, this restaurant has a team that already works like a well-oiled machine. I told the staff person that “they were rockin’ it.” Never ever have I seen anything like it anywhere else. The food is as good as always and the place was very clean. The patron bathroom was temporarily out of order, so I stood near the cash register to ask for the code when someone was available. The drive thru staff person acknowledged me as soon as I walked up, didn’t stop working on orders and provided me with the code. Makes me wish I lived in Youngstown, Ohio. Other Chipotle restaurants could learn a thing or two from this place – they set a very high standard for customer service!

First experience at this location, ordered a salad to go 7:30 pm, small portion, inedible lettuce (transparent as if frozen, wilted brown romaine, only choice cuz out of mixed greens) on bottom and top of bowl, that contaminated everything in between. When called the store unable to speak with staff just to say please don’t give this lettuce to someone else, poor experience with AI on phone. Waste of time and money.

the manager that’s on shift tonight (July 17 2023) @ about 8:00pm at your belmont ave location in Youngstown ohio, was completely unprofessional. I called to let the location know that the 2 sides of sour cream they gave us with our order was completely curdled and expired. It stunk so bad and was chunky. So I was literally just calling to inform them so that they wouldn’t serve it to anyone else, he begins to yell and talk over me telling me that “oh maybe it was just frozen”. I informed him that I know what spoiled milk smells like and it was definitely BAD. He again yells over ne and begins to be rude. I ask for his name so that I can report him because there was no reason to be that irate when I was just trying to save other customers from getting sick. He told me that he WILL NOT give me his name and that they don’t have a corporate number so I can’t complain about him. So anyone that goes to belmont chipotle today. Please double check your sour cream. (Mine you, I didn’t use that sour cream AT ALL, that’s how it looked)

Great service but I felt so bad for this one women with blue lipstick and glasses that was doing all the work and orders by herself with a great attitude with it to while most of the other coworkers were moslty being lazy and slacking leaving her to do all the work. She deserves a raise!

Food portions are unbelievably small, compared to surrounding locations. They are always out of something.. ingredients, drinks, condiments ect. This will me my third visit and probably go back to the Niles location.

I think my favorite part of my experience at this Chipotle is that I went in yesterday and didn’t see my food on the online shelf. I sat down and waited. 8 employees no one asks if I need anything. 15 minutes past my pickup time I get up and ask where my food is and they pull it from the drive-thru section. Not sure why it was there as on the receipt it clearly said pickup shelf. Oh and then they forgot to give me drink so I paid $3.25 for nothing. I love wasting my money and getting cold food. I will stick with going to the Cortland location – they are amazing there.
