I ordered a couple weeks ago online, said it was gonna be done at a certain time.. waited at home and got ready to leave. Even stopped at CVS to get drinks and looked around a bit (by this time it said the pizza was gonna be ready) so I left… went to little Caesar’s and it still wasn’t ready. Stood there for a while… still wasn’t ready, lady finally asked if I needed anything and I told her I had a mobile order for Kaylee. She said it would be done soon. Someone called and asked about pizza and the lady at the front was acting very rude to the people on the phone and said “how busy” they were… but it wasn’t even busy from the looks of it. They just didn’t have any food made that they normally do. Also the pizza wasn’t even that great when we got it, bread sticks were literally ICE COLD. Cause once I finally got my food I sat in my car and immediately tried a breadstick and it felt and tasted like it just came out of the freezer I was already behind on time from them taking 30 minutes longer than the time it said it would be done, so i just went back home.

I have called literally 20 times today trying to order some specialty pizzas and no one answers have been there once before and wasn’t impressed so I thought I’d give it another shot. My opinion remains this store isn’t worth the frustration. Hopefully they get the motivation to do better for others because my business will b going elsewhere from now on.

I’m not the end all, be all of pizza however, little ceasers is fast, it’s doesn’t taste cheap like other higher food chain pizza……and they take the lead on delicious garlic butter for me..lol is there room for improvement absolutely but people hate on little ceasers for allot of unnecessary reasons. I support my little ceasers here in New haven! They always go above and beyond when I need something special Thanks team!

Was just there. They are busy, which being a holiday weekend, I totally understand. The manager Daniel Brown was very nice and personable. Had to wait a bit longer. Daniel said he’d bring my order out to me, and he did. He started apologizing for the crazy bread, as there were teenager employees working. He said to remember his name and on my next visit and I would get two free orders of crazy bread. Made me wonder, “How bad could it be?” Honestly, BAD!
