First time customer at any location of Cottage Inn Pizza. No dine-in at this location. Late Sat night and only one employee on duty. He was busy taking phone and in-person orders, making and packaging pizzas, and working the register. He was abrupt and borderline rude. No welcome greeting, no information offered to new customer, and never even smiled. No thank you for coming. He seemed stressed. However, the Smokehouse Pizza (pulled pork and bacon with Robinson’s BBQ sauce) was very good. The crust was soft and chewy. I will try the brand again to try more of the selection of gourmet pizzas. I’ll try a dine-in location.

I love cottage inn the restaurant itself but everytime I order from this location specifically the food is so under cooked and undone I get sick every time I can’t always tell if it’s undone till I try it and then boom my breadsticks are pretty much just raw dough dipped in a pound of butter which makes the box get soggy. I’ve literally only order from this place three times because it’s the closest to my job and everytime I end up having to call off my next day of work because I’m up all night getting sick. I also have to make a comment for whoever my delivery driver was yesterday literally added a tip for himself on the check like literally asked if I wanted to add a tip and said how much and started writing it down on my receipt I was dumbfounded like you were already 20 minutes late and now your pretty much just taking a tip (which I did put one on when I ordered the food)

Everytime I’ve ordered from here the pizza’s have been ready by the specified pick up time and are always correct. They have a great variety of options including vegan cheese and vegan meats. Price is reasonable for the size of pizzas they offer. Never a wait for pickup even at peak times like Friday and Saturday night.

I ordered from the Cottage Inn at Packard street a few days ago and thought ordering from this location would be fine, oh boy was i wrong. Everything looked fine at first, they did forget my garlic drizzle on the pizza. But after I ate one slice I took a bite of the ham on my second slice and the ham was absolutely rancid, slimey, and smelled horrible. They did resend a pizza and (forgot the drizzle again), but that does not makeup for the very severe stomach pain and vomitting i’m expirencing now, I’m staying in the area for U of M doctors and I already feel ill and it sucks that something that could be so simply prevented made me feel more ill.

Cottage inn Broadway is one of the best for carryout. We live in farmington and I refuse to go to the cottage inn in that city. The drivers (farmington) always drive like they’re in Nascar, they always smoke with orders in their car and it’s just not good.

This is the worst cottage inn location I have been to , over 20-21 they were reliable and good pizzas every time , the past 2 visits to this establishment have been very disappointing, they get your order wrong on multiple occasions in the same night , you call and get a re make and the re make is made incorrectly as well , then they give you a credit and you think they are just having a bad night so you get a credit and try again and the next time they don’t put toppings on half the pizza and the ones they do are incorrect. The pizza’s also were very cheesy and dough was raw , don’t recommend this establishment, go to the little ceasers on stadium , they are 1,000 times better

I ordered food for my friend that was at Motts in Ann Arbor and not only did the pizza show up on time, Michael the delivery driver waited for my friend to go down and get the pizza! He was so polite and respectful while waiting. These days it’s hard to find people that care. So that’s why this review is worth it! On top of it all. The pizza was delicious and the bread was amazing too! Thanks guys!
