I highly recommend this place. I got the shrimp fajitas. Talk about scrumptious that I did a little happy dance. Hands down in my personal opinion they are the best around by far in the MWC/OKC Metro area. My mom ordered an a la carte chicken quesdilla, and my son had rhe chicken enchiladas and my daughter is obsessed with Mac and cheese. They were very attentive. Our drinks never stayed empty long. The servers were all really nice and very professional. All in all I give all 5 stars gladly. I cannot wait to come back again. From the salsa, queso, chops and the meal it was all delicious and I will tell everyone to come eat here. Yall are freaking delicious and can’t wait to visit again. Y’all Understood the Assignment.

Thus is the first time trying thus place. Ate the taco salad. Pretty good. Lots of chicken in it. The che sauce was good, too. I normally don’t like it at the authentic Mexican restaurants. Will be going back!

La Herencia is big with quick service. Food was okay. The queso and salsa was probably the best part. My boyfriend said his casa birrias were greasy. Service was good though. They also have a wheelchair ramp and plenty of parking.

Extensive menu, very generous portions, prompt and attentive service. First time here: tried Chilaquiles Mex with chicken: very tasty but easily enough for 2 people. (Guess what I’m having for supper! ) Fried ice cream for dessert and that too is sharable! Definitely looking forward to going back and trying more .

The food here was amazing, starting with fresh, warm chips on our table. I had the Shrimp Ala Diabla and the sauce was so good, spicy with lots of flavor. My husband had the ribeye with shrimp on top, also delicious. We also ordered a quezabirria plate to try and we were not disappointed. We enjoyed a cold beer with salt and lime. The waiters were so attentive and nice, the place is cozy, and the prices are reasonable. We will be back for sure.

In a city with Mexican restaurants on every corner, this one stands out.

After an impromptu planned trip to visit friends in okc, we all met up at LA Herencia Grill. Our friend said it was a newer establishment and recommended it. The restaurant is adequately noticeable from the road so we had no problem finding it in the evening. The interior wasn’t anything special, but luckily, I don’t judge a Mexican restaurant by its appearance. Honestly, the best Mexican food I’ve had came from places unassuming, likely a hole in the wall or food truck.

Visited the newly opened La Herencia Grill today in Midwest City.. The food is excellent. Fresh and, Authentic. The portion size and price was very much adequate. Right now they are waiting for approval for their liquor license. And I can imagine the margaritas will taste as great as the menu items. The artwork on the booths and tables appear to be handcrafted. The restaurant is clean and looks inviting. Overall this was a great visit. I will definitely visit this place again.
