As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

The deep fried mushrooms are SO on point (when served fresh) as is the Fried mushroom Big Buford and their fries. The staff can be a little rude and edgy. And getting charged twice for wanting only one combo meal made my bill come to $33 and change for 2 people. Not thrilled about that. The fish sandwich the checkerburger and the strawberry cheesecake Sundae are also amazing

I ordered door dash to have checkers delivered a few times lately and they can’t ever seem to put an order together properly. Everything either gets insanely skimped on or items will just be missing entirely. Im missing 1/3 of my entire order, and this is what my hot dogs looked like. This place does not have any consistency except being a headache. It’s unfortunate because their food is good when someone makes it right and makes sure you have what you ordered, but that doesn’t seem to be in the realm of reality here.

Used to be great and fast paced. Now even if you are the 2nd or even the only car in the drive-thru it seems like you always have to wait 10 minutes. Also it would be nice if they would tell you if there is a wait on a specific item you picked. Some people are on lunch breaks and dont have time to sit in your parking lot and wait. Let us make the decision if we want to wait or not. Its completely rude not to let us know and assume we want to wait that long.

The chicken was very dry today. Tastes/feels like it was dried out to begin with, seasoned and put in a warmer for 30 min. Only 1 straw for 2 drinks and no bbq for either order. Our dasher was kind but this wasn’t worth the money.
