Slapped my burrito on the counter and over charged me for a drink displayed at a different price. Honestly I don’t know what the hype is about this place greasy food bad customer service and over priced on most stuff. The only funny part is their “mega slices” which are normal sized pizza slices

Haven’t had a pleasant experience in this store specifically, EVER. Food is what they decide to make that day, that’s it. Gentleman walking around kitchen but doesn’t say hello or even look up at you. Older lady on register the last two times I’ve gone in is extremely unhelpful and not friendly at all. Product came up at incorrect price, I was told she’d have a manager look at it “tomorrow” didn’t offer to fix price, or go look at/fix shelf that had price marked incorrectly. Today I was not greeted upon approaching register. Set down my ONE item. She finally asked if I was a rewards member. Once transaction was complete, No thank you or have a nice day. You just have to guess once your transaction is done, Then walk away. I won’t be back to this location.

I went into the store 15 minutes before closing to get a fountain drink and each soda option I chose was spraying all over. The cashier watched me and said nothing and stood there watching me. I mentioned this to the cashier and he was rude and said “yeah, cause I already started cleaning it”. He then proceeded to tell me “we close in 10 mins” So as I was walking out of the store he turned all of the lights off. I was going to purchase additional items but because of this worker’s rudeness I chose to leave and not purchase anything.

One of the only places that my daughter will eat pizza from. Pizza is VERY GOOD. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 Starz is because a couple times I have been here, I’ve waited to be rang up while the employee was on their phone. They acknowledged me, but continued to type on the phone. But otherwise no issues with anything else.

The staff has been rude every time we have been here. Yelling because they refuse to listen over someone talking with a mask on. Taco pizza doesn’t hardly have any toppings on it and the tomatoes were just quartered and barely cut apart. Definitely won’t be back to this location again even when they’re the closest ones.

Ordered a pizza yesterday. Was told it would be a half hour. 53 minrues later was told it would be delivered. Had to wait an additon 20 minures. Pizza too close 75 minutes to be delivered. Called Caseys and they blamed Door dash. I am guessing the pizza sat there for 45 mintues as the cheese was no longer hot and the crust was cold and chewy. No longer a customer.

The pizzas they make are very good. The sausage and mozzarella (or whatever cheese they use) is my preferred style. Called ahead and was ready in perfect timing. The woman making the pizzas was nice. The clerks were nice and seemed happy. The store was very clean and nice looking. They have energy drinks at pretty good prices compared to Kwik Trip. Many parking spaces.

I am a truck driver and I had a delivery near by. The place I was going to deliver to was going to be awhile before they could get to me, I found Casey’s and thought I would try a pizza. Boy they did not disappoint. The young man took the order and delivered it to me in less than 30 min. Pizza was nice and hot and very good! I would recommend them to anyone!

I ordered pizza and breadsticks at 3:32pm for delivery at 6:30pm by way of Casey’s app on my phone. My breadsticks were cold and stale, the marinara was straight out of the refrigerator cold. My pizza tasted like it had been on a buffet warmer for quite some time. For a pizza I ordered 3 hours in advance from a store less than 3 miles from my house, I had much higher expectations for freshness. The delivery driver couldn’t even follow simple instructions about which door to deliver my pizza to. I will be ordering my pizza of somewhere else from now on, I can’t believe I paid for such poor quality. Casey’s is typically my go-to for pizza delivery.
