Gotta give them credit, they made up for their mistake by replacing the pizza. I did give them a complicated order and it took a little long but in the end they made right on it. Check the box before leaving and your good. Could tell the guys making it wanted to deliver a good product. Delicious stuff.

i’m completely appalled by the staff member tyler i was ordering food and watched him as he played with his hair and what looked like picking his nose then continued to make food with our washing his hands or gloves. I cancelled my order and walked out of the store. i will not be ordering food when he is working again. completely disgusting and unacceptable behavior.

Very bad service. Service used to be good but has seriously declined recently. We asked about deals and they said there was none. When we got there we saw ads for many deals. We also ordered traditional wings and got buffalo instead. When we were ordering and asked for traditional they said ok and now they are saying they only make buffulo. Keep in mind that they never told us this while ordering. After this, we called and they said they couldn’t do anything about it even though it was their mistake.

Ordered online just to walk in 10 mins after the time it suggested my food would be done, just to wait in line for them to make the food I ordered 30 mins ago. Also had to be asked what was on my order as if they never even got the order in from online. New management needed.

Call and order a pizza and they say 30 to 40 minutes im ok with that then i get there and oh its going to be another 20!!!! The person infront of me has waited over a hour already and it wasnt even busy last time for this store
