Use to love it but they always Say we are out of this and that instead of telling people were dropping things from our menu . Wheres all the refresher drinks ? Or why pay more for a large when all the liquid will fit in a medium? Or you Save points to get a cup for them to say no were limiting on how long you can save your points. So im limiting myself/family from your business FOREVER!

The coffee was great ,I enjoyed a decafe latte. the atmosphere was great, being the perfect place to grab a cup of coffee after shopping at jewel for the way home as it’s inside the store. No seating that I saw.

Isa, Abigail, Emily, Julian, Raymond and countless others who work at this Starbucks inside the Jewel Antioch grocery store are the sweetest! Amazing customer service, great conversationalist, beautiful smiles on their faces when you walk in. They could have a million people waiting for their orders to be done the staff still manages to keep it together and have a great attitude. I go to this jewel pretty often and have gotten to know the starbucks staff very well over the year I’ve been living here. Always enjoy and am excited to see the staff when I walk in for a quick grocery trip or a coffee trip.

This place needs help and proper training for its staff. It was my turn to give my order and when I said light ice in my Strawberry refresher she told me it costs extra. When I asked why, she told me in a defensive tone because they have to use extra strawberry syrup and told me it’s always been like that. Um, not it’s has not. I’ve been ordering this drink this way for years and I’ve never, ever been told that. Fine, I’ll pay the extra dollar. Then the ladies who were making the drinks for the customers were in no hurry at all whatsoever. We were all looking at each other like let’s move it a little. So the guys order in front of me and myself had to wait even longer because the people who ordered after me got their drinks before us! How does that even work out?! Me and the guy just shrugged our shoulders and shook our heads. Please train your staff, they seriously need proper Starbucks training and with counter help, communication and making orders in order.

Very Clean and organized. The service was friendly, and efficient. I sat at a table inside. This location has a small dinning area, with staff focused on the drive up. However, the service balance between the drive up, and dinning is strong. It was a good place to do some digital chores wile eating and putting caffeine back into my bloodstream.

All of the baristas are friendly and make an effort to remember your order if you’re a regular. They interact with you almost as if you’re family and establish a rapport with everyone, time willing. They have always been quick and make my coffee exactly how I wish.

Staff needs to be more engaged. Had a staring contest with all 3 employees and neither one greeted me ready to take my order. This place is a joke, not worth the time. Also out of everything on the menu. Get new employees and product asap.
