Mediocre location. The pizza here is hit or miss. Sometimes they will give you the extra cheese that you pay extra for, sometimes they won’t. Sometimes the pizza is fresh and hot, sometimes it’s room temperature. Delivery service is usually prompt, however.

Pizza was horrible. Cold and old was definitely not fresh. Every slice was also ripped in half like it was stuck to the pan before they moved it to the box. I will drive 20-30 minutes away before I order from here again.

Pre paid with a credit card for carryout and drove 20min for them to say they have no record of payment and no way of tracking my order. I had to contact corporate with a confirmation number to get a refund and ate somewhere else after another hr while I was starving on a weeknight.

Place needs better pizza makers in general but i wont go into all of it. All in all its pizza hut and we love pizza hut. But put some care in your job. Pleaaaaase. If it gets better ill raise my review.

Just ordered tonight and waited extra gave some time just in case it was busy. 2 hours has passed and when my husband called to check on where our pizza is, they said they delivered it. Salina the “manager” said she was with the delivery driver and they delivered it to 11897. I live at 11895 and they admitted they delivered it to the wrong house and everything. But then asked if we wanted to re order our food and pay again.!! What!! No! I already used my points to get this pizza. I shouldn’t have to prove I didn’t receive it. Also why is the “Manager” going around delivering pizzas with the drivers.

Terrible Customer Service… Poorly Trained New Staff… Don’t Follow Food & Safety Codes… Watched Employees answer Cell phones with no gloves on ( didn’t wash hands or anything) and return right back to making your pizza with toppings. Manager is Very Childish and Unprofessional Shouldn’t Hold Her Position if she can’t speak to the customer Respectfully about any Issue.

Oh where to start on this one. Got my order 30 min later than expected, which is fine…understandable. My driver didn’t even make it into the right complex. Was in a completely different complex. I ended up figuring out where he was. Had to drive to him, unless I wanted to wait another 30 min for my order. Finally found him….couldn’t even apologize for anything. Got my order back to my house and was missing the extra sauces I ordered, and paid for. My pizzas were cold and even rubbery. For $52, definitely not at all worth what I paid for and what I got. Don’t order from here often, but that solidifies why I’ll never go here again.
