This is the worst managed Chipotle in Atlanta. I was super excited to have another lunch option near my office but since opening I have had mediocre experience. Every time I give this location another try I am disappointed.

Probably the worse Chipotle Burrito I’ve ever had. Got the Barbacoa and the girl literally gave a small pinch of beef, like 2 oz of protein, and in that 2 oz were chunks of fat which I spit out. I only ate about 1/2 before tossing the rest in the trash. I was excited to finally have a Chipotle’s near home. $11 for just a Burrito .. Hopefully they will work out the issues with the food. The place is new, clean, friendly staff. I might try them again in a year. Tried again today, got the chicken, it was ok, better than last trip,, but they charge for things MOE’S gives for free (Chips, Salsa, Guacamole on the Burrito). I’ll bump them to 3 stars but I’ll stick with Moe’s

I have been coming to this location since it opened, and I’ve noticed a HUGE change in quality since the new management took over in February. The food tastes great and is usually pretty fresh. I think the wait time during rush hour is perfectly reasonable. I always see the general manager working diligently with his team and being nothing but kind and respectful to the customers. He has really turned this place around in several different aspects! Give this man a raise asap!

Save you money and your hunger and go somewhere else, even another Chipotle couldn’t be any worse than this one. I would give it 0 if I could. Portion sizes are easily half of every other Chipotle’s I’ve been to, literally half. I waited 30 minutes past the time my order was supposed to be ready before I asked for the 2nd time and magically they realized they set my order to the side at the drive thru and it was sitting there at least 20 minutes. Then half my order was missing, thankfully I checked. Then they told me they were “out of chips” and 5-10 minutes after I had waited for the “manager” to come over and refund the chips (we ordered like 5 bags of chips and salsa, two people just love their salsa and we’re making it their meal, so we had like $15 in chips and salsa ordered), he tells me 2 more minutes, and I said no please refund my money, I’m so mad I’m literally shaking. The manager then said they now have chips again and it took another 5 minutes to actually get the bags of chips we ordered. This place has the absolute worse management of any food establishment I’ve ever been to. My order was supposed to be ready at 5:50. I finally was able to walk out at 6:33. There’s no excuse for service like that. While I was waiting three customers that were waiting in line just left because they were so incredibly slow on dealing with inside orders too, that they were walking out and going somewhere else.

Apparently it’s half everything… half the portion sizes & missing half of the ingredients I asked for. At least I Got about a 1tbsp of guac ♂️. Save yourself the frustration and just go to one of the competitor burrito/bowl places in the area

It was my mistake for giving this location a second chance. I guess at least the second time my food was actually warm when receiving it. However, there are so many things wrong with this location. First time I went they opened (I think) an hour late when my online order has already been processed so I had to wait an extra 45 min after my pick up time when I could see they made my bowl and let it just sit and get cold while they worked on multiple orders. Who runs this place to where they aren’t even there by opening hours? Then I placed a pickup order today for the drive thru and when I get there it is right on time but there were three cars ahead that I had to sit behind and wait for 20 min just to get to the window. Then when I get to the window they ask me to drive around in line again which they didn’t do to any of the customers in front of me….. One person sat at the window for more than 15 min but I have to drive around? The staff is clearly stressed and can not handle even the slightest bit of a rush. I have seen many other Chipotles has so many more customers and run smoothly. Get it figured out!

Here is a little tip, at lunch time have at least 2 people on the line to make food. I live close by and WFH. I was excited this location was so close to my home but the service is trash every time I come.I expect to wait a bit but why are you so understaffed at a busy time of the day?? I remember when it opened they seemed to be on it not sure what happened but leadership needs to step in until the staff is fully trained and the service, food and atmosphere are on point. This is a really busy area this location could be great!!

The staff there are high school to college aged kids with great attitudes and great work ethic. This is my favorite Chipotle to go to as their food just seems to always be seasoned better than the others and they are not stingy with the portions. I typically dont leave reviews but IDK how this had an anything under 5 stars when its run so well with such a pleasant staff.
