Chef Lupe Liang & his wife Judy opened Hop Woo in 1993 with 8 tables. Lupe cooked and ran the kitchen while Judy managed and served the customers.
Since then, Hop Woo has continued to grow and expand due to the amount of growing customers. First, expansion of the building, and finally to its current location, across the lot from the original Hop Woo.
We are very much still a family owned and operated business. Judy and Lupe are extremely involved and hope to continue running their piece of the “American dream” until they retire.

Service is great. Had s good meal with a Heineken. Ordered food for 2 and took 2 plates of leftovers home. Orange chicken, beef Chowmein, and veggie fried rice were all amazing. They have comfortable seating. It is Handicap friendly. Children are welcomed. They have spinning tables for food and booths. Not busy for a Saturday at 4pm. Will definitely return. They have the Sriracha sauce. Yum!!

The 1 thing I didn’t care for was I had to ask someone to come take our order.

Food taste can be better, quantity is good. Price but on higher side. Takes a long time to order and get the food.

The food looks better in picture. I saw so many good reviews about how delicious the food was but honestly it had no flavor. The sweet and sour pork did not taste sweet at all, only sour. The kung pao chicken was the only dish that had some salty flavor. They also seem to add a “service fee” of $4.51 but they are essentially just forcing a tip on you because nobody really comes around to ask you how everything is or if you’d like a refill or extra napkins. I had to wave at someone at the front desk just to pay.

The service was okay, it did take a while to get someones attention. You get a really good portion of food that is well worth your money. I would come here again the resturant looks very elegant. This is my first impressions, i ordered take out some chunky chow mein noodles along with Coconut flavored boba tea. Both were so delious i definietly recommend trying their boba tea.

This place is so delicious. I can’t believe I’ve known about this place my whole life and never visited. They have the best Kung pao chicken I’ve ever had! I love that they are open late in the evening…and even in the late hours of the night they are still producing delicious food, that is impressive! My husband and I will definitely be coming here again and again to try everything on the menu and their lunch specials!!

Orange chicken was surprisingly good & delicious. Quick getting the meal also. They don’t have alot of beer or alcohol selection. When I went to pay the waitress who hadn’t checked on us the entire time, came to the table and pointed at the receipt and demanded that I gave a tip, like write it down in front of her, etc. it was so awkward, usually the waitress will leave the bill for you to fill out then they collect it.
