Generally like the panda’s on base but the vibe of the people at this one Always feels like they just got back from a funeral. Maybe it’s bad management or what I don’t know but everyone’s so quiet and I feel like it affects the customer service. I’ll just go to the other one a little further out if it means better service. Foods always solid though.

The people there are always rude. They ignore the customer and talk with each other for like 5 min before they even turn to look at you. They didn’t give me my third entre on the side like all pandas usually do.

Bryant is a G, he helps a person like me who has Asperger’s with social interaction. He held down the register, it’s as if he didn’t even need to say a word. Please give him a raise. Thank you. Also Panda is always crazy clean, literally the cleanest restaurant chain in all of Pendleton.

They don’t have panda meat but the substitutes are pretty delicious still

The women up front started off talking with another employee and took 5 minutes to reach me. After that she was talking to her other employee the entire time. After my order I asked for extra sauce and two drinks. She responded with “anything else?” In a very rude tone. Very unprofessional and very upsetting

“Closes at 9” but if you go in at anytime after 8 they’re already leaving. Door closed, lights off, and nothing left but rice and chow mein. Also the person behind the counter (in the back) will ignore you and hope you go away. Don’t say your open until 9 if the workers have already close up at a quarter after 8. Ridiculous.

Wow to the crew working tonight! What a group of crabs. It’s okay to smile and give a hoot about your job. It’s also disappointing when they are missing a few items are so low that you can’t get what you are hoping for. Maybe a shortage, but not a reason for the super depressing atmosphere. Sheesh

Arrived at 845pm for that delicious orange chicken and their door was locked. The door said 10am-9pm for the hours. I knocked on the door and the manager said they were closed. I asked why the hours say 9pm on the door. The manager walked way and ignored me. I then walked into the Subway and asked the 6 people in line if they had intended to get Panda Express, they all said yes! This means the manager of Panda, who defied corporate policy and base policy to close early, cheated the owner of this store out of at least 7 customer’s money. What makes it worse is that this Panda is on military installation and all the customers were probably getting off work and rushing to get panda prior to closing at 9pm.

Bruh all I did was ask for orange chicken and the young lady acted like i shot her dog. Looks like someone didn’t have a dad growing up. She ain’t even that cute to have that many attitude problems lol. Oh well if they haven’t fired her there’s something extremely wrong with management

I’ve eaten at Panda Express dozens of times. This pork tasted strange. I thought I might get sick, but it was okay. Noodles or chow mien was bland. Not sure what the deal was. I thought they all followed the same recipe. Oh well, I was just passing through so no biggie. Wish I would have gone to Moe’s right across the way. Service was excellent though.
