Chicken was sub par. I remember getting it years ago and it was amaaaazing. I literally make better chicken tenders at the house. And to beat the plain food, the staff acted like taking my order was na inconvenience for them. Won’t be going back there.

Very slow. The youngman at the counter was not very attentive to the customers. He was holding a conversation about what to wear to a parade instead of tending to the customers needs. I was asking questions and he ignored me till another customer said she’s talking to you. ♀️

I love Hart’s chicken! Been eating it for over 20 years. Today I went for lunch and ordered a mixed spicy 2 piece and my chicken breast was pink on the inside. I called and the person who answered the phone said the chicken is supposed to look like that, as they recently received a fresh shipment. I’ve never been served pink chicken from Harts. Guess I’m done with them
