This location never looks open, never many cars, but for the life of me I cannot tell why. EVERY time I go, I receive the best service. Service with a smile! Seriously. The food is always perfect and it looks picture perfect.

Really nice place for lunch!! Staff was super nice and it was very clean even though it was pretty busy. Service was fast and the food was delicious. Convenient to get to and good parking available, also high chairs and childrens menu if you’ve got your kids with you.

The chicken salad with strawberries and blueberries was delicious. The restaurant was a pig pen. Food on the floor of all three aisles (slip hazards). Had to walk past 5 or 6 tables to find a clean table. When I brought the needed housekeeping to the manager’s attention he gave me some lame excuse about it being busy in a rather rude way.

Went in on 3/12/23 at around 7:30, excited to give this place a try for the first time. I always drove by since moving here a year ago and finally looked up the menu online and couldn’t wait to give it a shot. My fiancé and I walked in and now I’m not surprised that the place was completely empty. As soon as we walked in, the person up front walked to back of house. We were not greeted or asked to wait a minute- nothing. We stood there for several minutes trying to decide on what to try. Mind you we talked about it and debated and argued about which side to split, so it was in fact, at least five minutes bare minimum. After we decided we waited a bit longer. We looked around and wondered what was taking so long since there was literally no one in there. The two workers in the back were laughing and having a good time and even peeked out the window at us. All the while the phone was ringing non stop with no one answering it at all. After a few more minutes we decided they had waisted enough of our time and we would go somewhere else. My fiance, understandably irritated said “Thanks anyways guys!” And the girl in back looked out at us again with a sarcastic smile and said “oh I’m so sorry.” We will NEVER go back and I sadly cannot review based on the actual food. Would put Zero Stars if it would let me. Needs new management for sure.

My family and I love the food at McAlister’s, and who can say no to the sweet tea! The staff are very pleasant and hospitable. One of our favorite things to do is dine with larger groups here. They have the seating and the ability to rearrange tables.

Visited the restaurant on a Tuesday night @9pm. I have visited this McAlisters previously without complaint. However, tonight’s visit was disappointment for me and a frustrating situation for the employees. There appeared to be only 3 staff working in the restaurant and they seemed to be overly busy with the few patrons that were in the restaurant, preparing the food, completing Doordash orders and attending to drive through orders. I felt bad for the young lady at the register as she was trying to get all these orders out and just didn’t seem to get a break. They definitely needed more assistance .
